Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性または漿液性液体および血液を吸収することができ、 a)重合された、少なくとも25モル%の範囲で中和され、不飽和の重合可能 な酸性基含有モノマー55〜99.9重量%、 b)重合された、aと共重合可能な不飽和モノマー0〜40重量%、 c)架橋剤0.1〜5.0重量%、 d)水溶性重合体0〜30重量% から構成され、aないしdの量が無水重合体に対する量である粉末状の架橋され た重合体であって、粒子の形状の該重合体100部が、少なくとも10%のリン 酸10部以下、並びに a)少なくとも2つのカルボキシル基と反応可能な、アルカリ塩形成基を分子 内に含有しない化合物0.05〜0.3部、および/または b)少なくとも2つのカルボキシル基と反応可能な、アルカリ塩形成基を分子 内に含有する化合物0.05〜1部の水溶液と混合され、並びに150〜250 ℃に加熱されたことを特徴とする重合体。 2.a)重合体1g当たり27ないし34gの0.9%塩化ナトリウム溶液に対 する保持性、 b)40g/cm2の荷重下に、重合体1g当たり15gを越える、好ましく は18gを越える0.9%塩化ナトリウム溶液に対する吸収性、 c)60g/cm2の荷重下に、重合体1g当たり12gを越える、好ましく は15gを越える0.9%塩化ナトリウム溶液に対する吸収性、 d)400gを越える、好ましくは600gを越える膨潤性圧力 を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の重合体。 3.該酸性基含有モノマーとして、アクリル酸、メタクリル酸、および/または 2−アクリルアミド−2−メチルプロパンスルホン酸が用いられることを特徴と する請求項1または2記載の重合体。 4.該酸性基含有モノマーが、少なくとも50モル%の範囲で中和されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項記載の重合体。 5.該重合体が、唯一の酸性基含有モノマーとして、50〜80モル%の範囲で 中和されたアクリル酸から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいず れか1項記載の重合体。 6.該水溶性重合体が、1ないし5重量%の濃度で用いられることを特徴とする 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の重合体。 7.該水溶性重合体として、デンプンおよび/またはポリビニルアルコールが用 いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載の重合体。 8.水性または漿液性液体および血液を吸収することができ、 a)重合された、少なくとも25モル%の範囲で中和され、 不飽和の重合可能な酸性基含有モノマー55〜99.9重量%、 b)重合された、aと共重合可能な不飽和モノマー0〜40重量%、 c)架橋剤0.1〜5.0重量%、 d)水溶性重合体0〜30重量% から構成され、aないしdの量が無水重合体に対する量である粉末状の架橋され た重合体の製造方法であって、粒子の形状の該重合体100部が、少なくとも1 0%のリン酸10部以下、並びに a)少なくとも2つのカルボキシル基と反応可能な、アルカリ塩形成基を分子 内に含有しない化合物0.05〜0.3部、および/または b)少なくとも2つのカルボキシル基と反応可能な、アルカリ塩形成基を分子 内に含有する化合物0.05〜1部の水溶液と混合され、並びに150〜250 ℃に加熱されることを特徴とする方法。 9.a)重合体1グラム当たり27ないし34gの0.9%塩化ナトリウム溶液 に対する保持性、 b)40g/cm2の荷重下に、重合体1グラム当たり15gを越える、好ま しくは18gを越える0.9%塩化ナトリウム溶液に対する吸収性、 c)60g/cm2の荷重下に、重合体1グラム当たり12gを越える、好ま しくは15gを越える0.9%塩化ナトリウム溶液に対する吸収性、 d)400gを越える、好ましくは600gを越える膨潤性圧力 を有することを特徴とする、増加された荷重下で体液を吸収するための編織布構 造中の重合体の使用。 10.親水性繊維、および総重量に対して2〜80重量%の重合体からなる構造 中の請求項9記載の重合体の使用。
