Claims (19)
- 一種吸水性組合物,其包含吸水性聚合物結構和呈粉末形式的結構I化合物, 其中- R1 、R2 、R3 和R4 可相同或不同且在每種情況下表示氫原子、鹵原子、C1 -C4 烴基或羥基,- R5 表示氫原子、C1 -C4 烴基或乙醯基,- n表示選自1、2或3組成之群組的整數,和- Mn+ 表示n價金屬陽離子或H+ 陽離子。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項的吸水性組合物,其中R1 、R2 、R3 和R4 為氫原子,n為2和Mn+ 為過渡金屬的二價金屬陽離子。
- 根據申請專利範圍第2項的吸水性組合物,其中Mn+ 為Zn2+ 陽離子。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項的吸水性組合物,其中吸水性組合物可藉由使吸水性聚合物結構與結構I化合物接觸而得到。
- 根據申請專利範圍第4項的吸水性組合物,其中結 構I化合物以0.01-10重量%的量與吸水性聚合物結構接觸,所述量係基於吸水性聚合物結構的總重量。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項的吸水性組合物,其中吸水性聚合物結構係基於部分經中和的交聯聚丙烯酸鹽。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項的吸水性組合物,其中吸水性聚合物結構具有內部區域和圍繞內部區域的外部區域,外部區域具有比內部區域高的交聯度。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項的吸水性組合物,其中結構I化合物的粉末係經由黏合劑固定於吸水性聚合物結構的表面。
- 一種製備吸水性組合物的方法,該方法包括如下步驟:i)提供吸水性聚合物結構;ii)將吸水性聚合物結構後交聯;iii)使吸水性聚合物結構與呈粉末形式的結構I化合物接觸: 其中 - R1 、R2 、R3 和R4 可相同或不同且在每種情況下表示氫原子、鹵原子、C1 -C4 烴基或羥基,- R5 表示氫原子、C1 -C4 烴基或乙醯基,- n表示選自1、2或3組成之群組的整數,和- Mn+ 表示n價金屬陽離子或H+ 陽離子,其中步驟iii)可在步驟ii)之前、期間或之後進行。
- 根據申請專利範圍第9項的方法,其中R1 、R2 、R3 和R4 為氫原子和Mn+ 為過渡金屬的二價金屬陽離子。
- 根據申請專利範圍第10項的方法,其中Mn+ 為Zn2+ 陽離子。
- 根據申請專利範圍第9至11項中任一項的方法,其中在步驟i)中提供的吸水性聚合物結構係基於部分經中和的交聯聚丙烯酸鹽。
- 根據申請專利範圍第9至11項中任一項的方法,其中結構I化合物以0.001-10重量%的量使用,所述量係基於吸水性聚合物結構的總重量。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項的吸水性組合物,其中該吸水性組合物具有至少一種以下性質:(β 1)至少20g/g的保留值,其係根據ERT 441.2-02測定;(β 2)在0.7psi(50g/cm2 )壓力下至少15g/g的吸收量,其係根據ERT 442.2-02測定(在粒子情況下對於全部粒度級分測定);(β 3)不超過78mol%的中和度; (β 4)至少9g/g的流速,其係根據ERT 450.2-02測定;(β 5)至少60mN/m的表面張力,其係根據本文所述的測試方法測定。
- 一種複合物,其係包含根據申請專利範圍第1至8或14中任一項的吸水性組合物和基材。
- 一種製備複合物的方法,其中將根據申請專利範圍第1至8或14中任一項的吸水性組合物和基材和任選的助劑相互接觸。

- 一種結構I化合物在改善吸水性聚合物結構的氣味結合性質的用途, 其中- R1 、R2 、R3 和R4 可相同或不同且在每種情況下表示氫原子、鹵原子、C1 -C4 烴基或羥基,- R5 表示氫原子、C1 -C4 烴基或乙醯基,- n表示選自1、2或3組成之群組的整數,和- Mn+ 表示n價金屬陽離子或H+ 陽離子。
