Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ガス/空気燃料混合物用の吸気口(2)と、燃焼ガス用の排気口(3)とを 備えた燃焼室を有するハウジング(1)を備えたバーナーにおいて、 前記ハウジング(1)が接触空隙を有する有孔性材料(5)を備え、ガス/空 気混合物の流れ方向に吸気口(2)から排気口(3)へと気孔寸法が大きくなる ように有孔性材料(5)の気孔率が燃焼室に沿って変動し、燃焼室における有孔 性材料(5)の領域(B)又は境界面(7)における気孔寸法に対し火炎発生の 臨界ペクレ数が生じ、この数値より大きいと火炎発生が可能となり、これより小 さいと火炎発生が抑止されるバーナー。 2.前記臨界ペクレ数が65±25であり、特に天然ガス/空気混合物では65 とする請求項1に記載のバーナー。 3.前記ガス/空気混合物の流れ方向に交互に配置され、異なる気孔寸法を有す る2つの領域(A,C)がハウジング(1)に設けられ、吸気口(2)に続く第 1領域(A)は臨界ペクレ数より小さなペクレ数を有し、吸気口(2)から遠距 離にある第2領域(C)は臨界ペクレ数より大きなペクレ数を有する請求項1又 は2に記載のバーナー。 4.前記第1領域(A)が40以下のペクレ数となる気孔寸法を有し、第2領域 (C)が90以上のペクレ数となる気孔寸法を有する請求項3に記載のバーナー 。 5.前記有孔性材料を耐熱性の発泡性プラスチック、セラミック或いは金属又は 金属合金とした請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のバーナー。 6.前記有孔性材料が1500℃までの抵抗温度性を有する請求項5に記載のバ ーナー。 7.前記有孔性材料が必要とあれば焼結等によって硬化可能な、例えば固体材料 の形態を呈する充填材を備えた請求項1乃至4に記載のバーナー。 8.前記固体材料が金属或いはセラミック、特にステアタイト、ステマロックス 又はAl2O3を含有する請求項7に記載のバーナー。 9.前記臨界ペクレ数を得るのに必要な粒径が大気圧下にて5〜11mm、特に 9mmである時、吸気口(2)に近接した固体材料は平均粒径が5mmの球状粒 体からなり、次の領域においては11mm以上の平均粒径を有する球状粒体から なる請求項7又は8に記載のバーナー。 10.前記有孔性材料の空隙内面、即ち固体材料の粒体面を触媒材で被覆した請 求項1乃至9に記載のバーナー。 11.前記ハウジング(1)が少なくとも部分的に冷却装置(8)を備えた請求 項1乃至10に記載のバーナー。 12.前記冷却装置(8)がハウジング(1)を取り囲み、即ちハウジング(1 )を形成する冷却コイルとして構成され、同冷却コイル中に冷却剤、特に水を流 すようにした請求項11に記載のバーナー。 13.前記冷却剤が不具合になった際に燃焼室への燃料供給を阻止すべく、監視 装置を設けた請求項12に記載のバーナー。 14.前記有孔性材料の気孔開口部が相対的に大きな領域において熱交換用の冷 却装置(9)を設けた請求項1乃至13に記載のバーナー。 15.前記ハウジング(1)の冷却装置(8)を熱交換のために冷却装置(9) に直列接続した請求項14に記載のバーナー。 16.前記冷却装置(9)そのものを少なくとも部分的に有孔性材料として作用 し、かつ/或いは有孔性材料に取って代わるように構成した請求項14又は15 に記載のバーナー。 17.前記冷却装置(9)と臨界ペクレ数を有する領域(B)又は境界面(7) との距離を、少なくとも冷却装置(9)と火炎との接触を阻止するほどの長さと した請求項14乃至16のいずれか1項に記載のバーナー。 18.前記ハウジング(1)の内壁が付加的装置(10)、例えば妥当な素材か らなるインサートによって少なくとも火炎領域において直接熱放射から保護され るようにした請求項14乃至16に記載のバーナー。 19.前記ガス/空気混合物を含有しない間隙(11)を生ずべく、ハウジング (1)の内壁から距離をおいて付加的装置(10)を配置した請求項18に記載 のバーナー。 20.前記冷却装置(9)を臨界ペクレ数に必要な気孔率を有する領域から火炎 領域に進入しない程度に離間させた請求項14乃至18のいずれか1項に記載の バーナー。 21.前記ガス/空気混合物の点火が臨界ペクレ数を有する気孔率の領域におい て行われるように点火装置を配置した請求項1乃至20に記載のバーナー。 22.前記吸気口(2)と有孔性材料(5)との間に火炎トラップ(4)を配置 した請求項1乃至21のいずれか1項に記載のバーナー。 23.前記火炎トラップ(4)を各燃料混合物の臨界消炎半径以下の径の複数の 孔を有するプレートとした請求項22に記載のバーナー。 24.前記吸気口(2)、排気口(3)及び有孔性材料(5)を、生じた凝縮物 が排気口(3)を介して流出可能であるように配置した請求項1乃至23のいず れか1項に記載のバーナー。
