Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(i)(a)実質的な液体金属脆化をすべて回避しつつ脱水素反応器系統の 鋼の部分を運転中に炭化水素から隔離するのに有効な厚さまで、浸炭に耐える保 護層を形成するのに有効な金属の金属メッキ、クラッディングまたは他のコーテ ィングを上記の鋼の部分に施し、そして(b)炭化物に富む中間的な接合層を介 してこの鋼の部分に固着された保護層を形成することによって浸炭および摩耗に 耐える保護層を上記の鋼の部分に付与し、 (ii)脱水素可能な炭化水素を接触的に脱水素する ことからなる脱水素方法。 2. 流動化触媒床反応器または移動触媒床反応器内で脱水素することを含む 請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 3. エタン、プロパン、n−ブタン、イソブタン、混合ブタン、ペンタン、 イソペンタンまたはエチルベンゼンから選択する炭化水素をオレフィン生成物へ と脱水素することを含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 4. n−ブタン、イソブタンまたは混合ブタンを脱水素することを含む請求 の範囲第3項記載の方法。 5. プロパンを脱水素することを含む請求の範囲第3項記載の方法。 6. 脱水素に際して反応器系統内の硫黄の水準が約100ppmを越えない請 求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 7. 硫黄の水準が約50ppmを越えない請求の範囲第6項記載の方法。 8. 硫黄の水準が約20ppmを越えない請求の範囲第7項記載の方法。 9. 金属が、アンチモン、砒素、ビスマス、銅、クロム、ガリウム、ゲルマ ニウム、インジウム、鉛、セレン、テルル、錫およびこれらの混合物からなる群 から選択される少くとも一つの金属を主要な割合で含むメッキ、クラッディング または他のコーティングとして適用される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 10. 金属が、アンチモン、砒素、クロム、ゲルマニウム、セレン、テルル、 錫およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される少くとも一つの金属を主要な 割合で含むメッキ、クラッディングまたは他のコーティングとして適用される請 求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 11. 金属が、アンチモン、ゲルマニウム、錫およびこれらの混合物からなる 群から選択される少くとも一つの金属を主要な割合で含むメッキ、クラッディン グまたは他のコーティングとして適用される請求の範囲第10項記載の方法。 12. 金属のメッキ、クラッディングまたは他のコーティングが0.5〜15 ミルの厚さにまで施される請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 13. 金属のメッキ、クラッディングまたは他のコーティングが1〜10ミル の厚さにまで施される請求の範囲第12項記載の方法。 14. 金属のメッキ、クラッディングまたは他のコーティングが2〜8ミルの 厚さにまで施される請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15. 脱水素に際して少くとも約1000゜Fの管壁温度を示す、反応器の部 分に保護層が施される請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 16. 加熱炉管に保護層が施される請求の範囲第15項記載の方法。 17. 浸炭を阻止する量の金属粉末で表面処理された触媒複合物を用いること により金属が被覆物として施される請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 18. 金属粉末が錫の粉末である請求の範囲第17項記載の方法。 19. 触媒複合物の重量に基き約1〜約20重量%の、0.1〜20ミクロン の錫粒子を含む錫の粉末をこの複合物の表面に分散することにより、触媒複合物 が表面処理される請求の範囲第18項記載の方法。 20. 触媒複合物の重量に基き約5〜約15重量%の、1〜5ミクロンの錫粒 子を含む錫の粉末をこの複合物の表面に分散することにより、触媒複合物が表面 処理される請求の範囲第19項記載の方法。 21. メッキとして金属が施される請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 22. ペイントとして金属が施される請求の範囲第9項記載の方法。 23. 錫を含有するペイントとして金属が施される請求の範囲第13項記載の 方法。 24. 水素で分解可能な錫化合物、溶媒系、微粉砕された金属錫、およびスポ ンジ剤/分散剤/接合剤として有効な酸化錫を含む錫含有ペイントとして金属が 施される請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 25. ペイントが鉄を含む請求の範囲第23項記載の方法。 26. ペイントが、錫と鉄とを10対1の比で含有する請求の範囲第25項記 載の方法。 27. 鋼の部分がステンレス鋼の一部分であり、また接合層が炭化物に富み、 ニッケルの希薄な接合層である請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 28. 保護層の表面上に少くとも一つの追加的な保護層を形成することをさら に含む請求の範囲第1項記載の方法。 29. 錫化物の保護層上に銅をベースとする保護層を形成することをさらに含 む請求の範囲第28項記載の方法。 30. 反応器系統内の脱水素可能な炭化水素を低硫黄脱水素條件の下で脱水素 触媒と接触することからなる脱水素可能な炭化水素を脱水素する方法であって、 炭化水素と接触する反応器系統の少くとも一部分が、反応器系統の浸炭耐久性を 増加するのに有効な程度まで、浸炭に耐える被覆物によって予備処理されている 脱水素方法。 31. 浸炭に耐える錫の被覆物によって予備処理された反応器系統内で脱水素 することからなる、請求の範囲第30項記載の脱水素可能な炭化水素を脱水素す る方法。 32. 浸炭に耐えるクロムの被覆物によって予備処理された反応器系統内で脱 水素することからなる、請求の範囲第30項記載の脱水素可能な炭化水素を脱水 素する方法。 33. 材料がメッキ、クラッディング、ペイントまたは他のコーティングとし て基礎構造材料に付与される、請求の範囲第30項記載の脱水素可能な炭化水素 を脱水素する方法。 34. 錫で表面処理した触媒装荷物(catalyst load)を用いる ことによって、錫の被覆物が基礎構造材料に付与される請求の範囲第30項記載 の方法。 35. 反応器系統の少くとも一部分が、アンチモン、砒素、ビスマスまたは鉛 を含む耐久性被覆物によって予備処理される、請求の範囲第30項記載の脱水素 可能な炭化水素を脱水素する方法。 36. 反応器系統の少くとも一部分が、ゲルマニウムを含む耐久性被覆物によ って予備処理される、請求の範囲第30項記載の脱水素可能な炭化水素を脱水素 する方法。 37. 反応器系統の少くとも一つの加熱炉管を予備処理することからなる、請 求の範囲第30項に記載の脱水素可能な炭化水素を脱水素する方法。 38.(i)(a)実質的な液体金属脆化をすべて回避しつつ脱水素反応器系統の ステンレス鋼の部分を運転中に炭化水素から隔離するのに有効な厚さまで、錫の 金属メッキ、クラッディングまたは他のコーティングを上記のステンレス鋼の部 分に施し、そして(b)錫化物の介在物を含む、炭化物に富み、ニッケルの希薄 なステンレス鋼の中間的な接合層を介してこのステンレス鋼の部分に固着された 、炭化物の介在物を含むニッケルが富化された錫化物の保護層を形成することに よって浸炭および摩耗に耐える錫化物の保護層を上記のステンレス鋼の部分に付 与し、 (ii)脱水素可能な炭化水素を接触的に脱水素する ことからなる脱水素方法。 39. 炭化物の介在物がひと続きであり、炭化物に富み、ニッケルの希薄な中 間的な接合層から錫化物相へと実質的に連続的に延び、また錫化物の介在物がひ と続きであり、錫化物層から炭化物に富み、ニッケルの希薄な中間的な接合層へ と実質的に延びる請求の範囲第38項記載の脱水素方法。 40. 炭化物に富み、ニッケルの希薄な中間的な接合層とニッケルが富化され た錫化物層との境界が不規則であるが、実質的に連続している請求項39記載の 脱水素方法。 41. 流動化触媒床反応器または移動触媒床反応器内で脱水素することを含む 請求の範囲第38項記載の方法。 42. エタン、プロパン、n−ブタン、イソブタン、混合ブタン、ペンタン、 イソペンタンまたはエチルベンゼンから選択する炭化水素をオレフィン生成物へ と脱水素することを含む請求の範囲第38項記載の方法。 43. ブタンを脱水素することを含む請求の範囲第42項記載の方法。 44. プロパンを脱水素することを含む請求の範囲第42項記載の方法。 45. 脱水素に際して反応器系統内の硫黄の水準が約100ppmを越えない請 求の範囲第38項記載の方法。 46. 硫黄の水準が約50ppmを越えない請求の範囲第45項記載の方法。 47. 硫黄の水準が約20ppmを越えない請求の範囲第46項記載の方法。 48. 錫が0.5〜15ミルの厚さに施される請求の範囲第38項記載の方法 。 49. 錫が1〜10ミルの厚さに施される請求の範囲第48項記載の方法。 50. 錫が2〜8ミルの厚さに施される請求の範囲第49項記載の方法。 51. 脱水素に際して少くとも約1200゜Fの表面温度を示す、反応器系統 の部分に保護層が施される請求の範囲第38項記載の方法。 52. 加熱炉管または熱交換器に保護層が施される請求の範囲51項記載の方 法。
