Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.サーメット電極を、酸素イオンを伝導する固体電解質に1300−1600 ℃で共焼結することにより結合してなりかつ共焼結後に適用された触媒活性金属 を含有する、排気センサー用高活性電極。 2.固体電解質が部分的に安定化された酸化ジルコニウム(IV)であり、サー メット電極のマトリックスが完全に安定化された酸化ジルコニウム(IV)であ る、請求項1記載の高活性電極。 3.触媒活性物質が白金および/またはロジウムを含有する、請求項1または2 記載の高活性電極。 4.酸素イオンを伝導する未焼結の固体電解質およびサーメット電極を、130 0−1600℃で共焼結し、次にサーメット電極の細孔中へ触媒活性物質を導入 する、請求項1記載の排気センサー用高活性電極の製造方法。 5.部分的に安定化された酸化ジルコニウム(IV)を固体電解質に使用し、完 全に安定化された酸化ジルコニウムをサーメット電極のマトリックスに使用する 、請求項4記載の方法。 6.触媒活性物質を、サーメット電極を少なくとも1つの無機または有機の白金 またはロジウム化合物の溶液で含浸し、溶媒を蒸発する事により細孔中へ導入す る、請求項4または5記載の方法。 7.サーメット電極を、溶媒の蒸発後300−900℃で熱処理し、白金または ロジウムの無機または有機化合物を工程中に分解する、請求項4から6までのい ずれか1項記載の方法。 8.サーメット電極を、初めて使用するに先立ち、水素雰囲気下で加熱する、請 求項4から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 9.内燃機関の排気中の酸素含量の測定用センサーにおける請求項1から3まで のいずれか1項記載の電極の使用。
