Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 1.担体と反応された遷移金属化合物を含むオレフィン重合主触媒のための粒子 状担体を調製する方法であって、 (a)式Iを有する複合体化合物の加熱溶融物を形成し、MgCl2^nROH ・mED(I) (ただし、式中、ROHは低級(C1−4)脂肪族アルコールを示し、EDは電 子供与体を示し、nは1〜6であり、およびmは0〜1である。)(b)形成さ れた加熱溶融物が、それをスプレーするノズルに供給され、(c)噴霧されるべ き該溶融物が、そのノズルから、その溶融物よりも低い温度のチャンバー円にス プレーされ、そのチャンバー内では、噴霧された溶融物の形で散布され、冷却さ れて微粒子担体に固化し、(d)その徴粒子担体を回収することからなり、噴霧 されるべき、または噴霧された溶融物中に静電荷がノズル近傍に配置された電極 により、その電圧を約0.5〜lOkVにして印加されることを特徴とするオレ フィン重合主触媒のための粒子状担体を調製する方法。
- 2.前記請求項1に記載された方法において、電極として、ノズルオリフィスの 近傍に配置された、好ましくはそれから5〜10mm離れた距離にある直線状ま たは環状の電線である導電体が使用されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 3.前記請求項1または2に記載された方法において、電荷が、電極に0.5〜 10kVの電圧を印加し、かつ溶融物を設置し、たとえば溶融物を有する静電導 電ノズルを接地することにより、電極に発生させられることを特徴とする前記方 法。
- 4.請求項3に記載の方法において、チャンバーの壁が接地されることを特徴と する前記方法。
- 5.前記いずれかの請求項に記載σ)方法において、工程(c)において、噴霧 されるべき溶融物が、固体オリフィス、オリフィスに通じる溶融物供給パイプ、 不活性ガス供給バイブ、およびオリフィスの近傍に配置された高電圧線からなる ノズルによってスプレーされることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 6.前記請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法において、工程(c)において、 噴霧されるべき溶融物が、高電圧線が近傍に配置されている回転ノズルによりス プレーされることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 7.前記いずれかの請求項に記載の方法において、工程(a)において、式(I )中のR0HがC2H5OHおよび/またはCH2OH、好ましくはC2H5O Hである複合化合物の溶融物が形成されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 8.前記いずれかの請求項に記載の方法において、工程(a)において、式(I )中のnが2.0〜5.0であり、好ましくは3.0〜4.0である複合化合物 め溶融物が形成されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 9.前記いずれかの請求項に記載の方法において、形成された溶融物が、工程( b)において、約+80〜+250℃、好ましくは+90〜+130℃の温度で 、噴霧するノズル中に供給されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 10.前記いずれかの請求項に記載の方法において、形成された溶融物が、工程 (b)において、圧搾空気ノズル、加圧され、または加圧されないホールノズル 、回転ノズルまたは超音波ノズルであるスプレーノズル中に供給されることを特 徴とする前記方法。
- 11.前記請求項10に記載された方法において、形成された溶融物が、工程( b)において、直線状または円状のスロットダイであるところの、それを噴霧す る圧搾空気ノズルまたは加圧ノズル中に供給されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 12.前記いずれかに記載の請求項において、噴霧されるべき溶融物が、工程( c)において、ノズルから、温度が均一10〜+50℃、好ましくは−10〜+ 40℃であるところの、実質的に垂直なチャンバーの上部領域にスプレーされる ことを特徴とする前記方法。
- 13.前記いずれかに記載の請求項において、噴霧されるべき溶融物が、工程( c)において、ノズルから、温度が約−10〜+100℃、好ましくは+20〜 +80℃であるところの、実質的に垂直なチャンバーの上部領域中のスプレー領 域にスプレーされることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 14.前記請求項13に記載の方法において、スプレー領域に噴霧され、かつ分 散された溶融物が、スプレー領域における温度よりも低温度、好ましくは−30 〜+40℃に、特に好ましくは−20〜+40℃に維持されたところの、チャン バーの下部領域中の結晶化領域に下降することを特徴とする前記方法。
- 15.前記いずれかに記載の請求項において、窒素ガスがチャンバーの上部領域 および中間領域に供給され、チャンバー内で螺旋状に旋回して下降していくこと を特徴とする前記方法。
- 16.前記いずれかに記載の請求項において、噴霧されるべき溶融物が、工程( c)で、ノズルから、噴霧領域および結晶化領域での温度が一種またはそれ以上 の不活性ガスの流れによって維持されるチャンバー内にスプレーされることを特 徴とする前記方法。
- 17.前記請求項16に記載の方法において、不活性ガスが、結晶化領域または 噴霧領域と結晶化領域との間に導入されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 18.前記いずれかに記載の請求項において、微粒子担体が、工程(d)で、垂 直チャンバーの下部における漏斗部から回収されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 19.前記いずれかに記載の請求項において、回収された微粒子担体が、オレフ ィン重合触媒を調製するために、遷移金属化合物、好ましくはTiC14と、要 すれば電子供与体と反応されることを特徴とする前記方法。
- 20.オレフィン重合のために、前記いずれかの請求項に記載された方法によっ て調製されたオレフィン主触媒と有機アルミニウム化合物等の共触媒との使用。
