(57)【要約】 【目的】 化粧板の表面や木口面に化粧の透明感・奥行
き感をもたせ、かつそれらの感じの均一化をなす。 【構成】 本質基材の表面、裏面に透明感・奥行き感の
有する化粧紙が貼着された化粧板１の木口に、厚手の透
明な縁材４が設けられ、この縁材４の内側にはその両側
縁にまで至らない幅方向に寸足らずの薄い色柄シ−ト２
が貼着されている。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は、家具用扉、家具用カウンタ−などに用いられる化粧板に関するもの である。

【従来の欠点】
従来、この種の化粧板として以下の如きものは知られていた。すなわち、化粧 板に貼着された合成樹脂製の縁材は着色された成形品の為、それ自身の透明感・ 奥行き感は期待することはできなかった。また、図３に示すように、上記縁材Ａ が多層で表層ａが透明であっても内層の色柄層ｂが厚い為、化粧板を表裏面から みると上記色柄層が異様に目立ってしまう欠点があり、しかも、上記色柄層厚み の部分だけが、化粧板の表面の透明感・奥行き感に比してその感じが希薄で劣っ ていた。

【考案の目的】
本考案は、上記欠点を解消するためになされたものであり、化粧板の少なくと も表面、木口面にわたり化粧の透明感・奥行き感の有する、意匠的に統一された 化粧板を提供することを目的とする。

【実施例】
本考案を図面に基づいた実施例で詳細に説明する。 図１は本考案に係る家具用扉に用いられる化粧板であり、図２は図１のＡ−Ａ 断面図を示す。図２において、化粧板の表面・裏面は、適宜透明感・奥行き感を 有する化粧層で覆われており、例えば、基材の表面・裏面に接着剤を介在させて 化粧紙が貼着され、さらにその上に透明感・奥行き感を持たせる狙いで比較的厚 い透明塗料層が設けられている。この場合、上記狙いが満たされれば着色透明塗 料層でも良い。
【０００５】 化粧板の四方の木口には厚手の透明な縁材４が貼着されており、この縁材４の 内側には、縁材の幅寸法に満たず、しかも両外側縁に至らない薄い色柄層２が設 けられており、この色柄層２に覆い被さるように透明層３が設けられている。例 えば、上記色柄層２として３０〜５０μ厚の単色無地の化粧紙、または、０．２ 〜０．３ｍｍの２色刷模様の合成樹脂シ−ト、透明層３の内側に転写、塗装を施 こしたり、直接模様印刷またはベタ印刷を行った、いわゆるバックプリント層な どが挙げられる。
【０００６】 また、上記透明層３として透明または着色透明の厚い塗料層、透明な合成樹脂 製の厚手シ−トが拳げられるが、これらに限定される透明層でない。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、基材の表面または表面・裏面に透明感・奥行き間の有する敵宜化粧 が施こされた化粧板の木口に、内側に両外側縁まで至らない幅寸法の有する薄い 色柄層が設けられている透明な厚手の縁材が貼着されているので、化粧板の表面 または表面・裏面の化粧の透明感・奥行き感と、木口に貼着された縁材の化粧の 透明感・奥行き感に意匠的差異が起こらず、ほぼ均一な透明感・奥行き感が現出 するものであり、従来の如く色柄層の厚み分だけ化粧板表面または表面・裏面が 異様に目立つということがなくなる。

    奥行き感の有する化粧が施こされた化粧板（１）の木口
    面において、内側に両外側縁まで至らない幅寸法の、薄
    い色柄層（２）を有している透明な厚手の縁材（４）が
    貼着されている化粧板。
