イニングさせるための機構部分を示す要部の拡大
斜視図、第４図はストツパー部分の分解斜視図、
第５図は作動時における背当て部と頭部保護板及
び側板との関係を示す一部を省略した側面図、第
６図は側板を省略した状態で示す背当て部の側面
図、第７図は背当て部と頭部保護板及び側板の枢
点がなす傾斜角度の変化を線図を用いて示す概略
的説明図である。 Ａ……ベビーカー、ａ……前脚扞、ｂ……後脚
扞、ｃ……肘掛け扞、ｄ……支承扞、ｅ……手押

補正 平３．１２．１３ 実用新案登録請求の範囲を次のように補正する
。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 背当て部１の下端部を座部２の後端に起伏
自在に枢着し、座部２の後端近くの側面に正面形
状を逆Ｕ字状に形成した支承杆４の両端部を起伏
自在に枢着し、背当て部１の上端部に頭部保護板
３を起伏自在に枢着し、背当て部１の起伏に連動
して頭部保護板３が起伏するベビーカーのリクラ
イニング機構において、前記背当て部１の背面に
は、支承杆４の横杆４１部分を当接すると共に、
前記する支承杆４の横杆４１に起伏自在に取付け
たストツパー５の係止杆５３が、背当て部１の背
面に上下方向に数段にわたつて形成した嵌合溝１
３…１３に選択的に嵌合できるように構成してな
るベビーカーのリクライニング機構。 (2) 背当て部１の両側面には側板６を起立させ
、側板６の下端部を座部２の後端部近くの側面に
起伏自在に枢着させると共に、頭部保護板３の両
側に適宜の間隔をおいて上下二段に突設した２つ
の起伏操作用軸３１及び３２のうち、下段に位置
する起伏操作用軸３１が背当て部１の側面に起立
させた側板６の上端下部近くに枢着され、残る上
段の起伏操作用軸３２が下段の起伏操作用軸３１
の上方に所定の距離をおいて円弧状に裂設された
摺動案内溝６２に嵌合係止するよう構成してなる
実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のベビーカー
のリクライニング機構。 (3) 支承杆４に起伏自在に取付けたストツパー
５の先端に形成する係止杆５３部分が常時嵌合溝
１３…１３方向に向かう力を付勢されているもの
である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項
記載のベビーカーのリクライニング機構。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 背当て部１の下端部を座部２の後端に起伏
    自在に枢着し、前記背当て部１の背面には、正面
    形状が逆Ｕ字状に形成され、かつ、その両端部が
    座部２の後端側面部に起伏自在に枢着した支承扞
    ４の横扞部分４１を当接すると共に、前記する支
    承扞４の横扞４１に起伏自在に取付けたストツパ
    ー５の係止扞５３が、背当て部１の背面に上下方
    向に数段にわたつて形成した嵌合溝１３…１３に
    選択的に嵌合できるように構成してなるベビーカ
    ーのリクライニング機構。 (2) 支承扞４の下端部が、座部２の後端部近く
    の側面に枢着されているものである実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載のベビーカーのリクライニ
    ング機構。 (3) 支承扞４の下端部が、肘掛け扞ｃの後端部
    を支承する支承扞ｄに枢着されているものである
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のベビーカー
    のリクライニング機構。 (4) 支承扞４に起伏自在に取付けられたストツ
    パー５の先端に形成する係止扞５３部分が常時嵌
    合溝１３…１３方向に向かう力を付勢されている
    ものである実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    ベビーカーのリクライニング機構。 (5) 座部２の後端に背当て部１の下端部を起伏
    自在に枢着し、背当て部１の上端には頭部保護板
    ３を起伏自在に枢着すると共に、前記背当て部１
    の両側面には側板６を起立させてなり、前記の頭
    部保護板３の両側に適宜の間隔をおいて上下二段
    に突設した二つの起伏操作用軸３１及び３２のう
    ち下段に位置する起伏操作用の軸３１が、背当て
    部１の側面に起立させた側板６の上端下部近くに
    枢着され、残る上段の起伏操作用の軸３２が、起
    伏操作用軸３１の上方に所定の距離をおいて円弧
    状に裂設された摺動案内溝６２に嵌合係止させる
    ように構成してなるベビーカーのリクライニング
    機構。 (6) 側板６の下端部が、座部２の後端部近くの
    側面に枢着されているものである実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第５項記載のベビーカーのリクライニン
    グ機構。 (7) 側板６の下端部が、肘掛け扞ｃの後端部を
    支承する支承扞ｄに枢着されているものである実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記載のベビーカーの
    リクライニング機構。
