Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は、そしゃく可能な、食用に適するソフトゼラチ
ンカプセル剤（そのシェルはゼラチン、水、可塑剤およ
び水素添加したデンプン加水分解物を含んでいる）に関
するものである。
［従来の技術］ 薬剤はハードまたはソフトゼラチンシェルにカプセル封
入することができる。ハードゼラチンカプセル剤は、カ
プセル剤の一方の片に物質を導入することおよび第２の
片をそれにかぶせることにより、粉末または継時放出の
小粒のような乾燥物質を充填される。ハードゼラチンカ
プセル剤のシェルは、グリセリン、ソルビトールまたは
同様なポリオールの添加により可塑化されるソフトゼラ
チンカプセル剤のシェルと異なり、可塑化されない。
乾燥物質の代りに、ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤は、一般
に活性物質が分散されるかまたは溶解されている流体ま
たは半流体の充填物質または「賦形薬」を封入する。
液状賦形薬または担体中の薬剤の溶液または分散液ソフ
トゼラチンカプセル化は、圧縮した、コーティングした
またはコーティングしない固型錠剤またはバルク液状製
剤のような他の用量形態に較べて利点を有する。溶液ま
たは分散液のゼラチンカプセル化は、ある種のホルモン
の場合のように、比較的少量の活性物質が放出されなｉ
すればならない場合特に重要な利点である単位用量の正
確な放出を容易にする。上記の画一性は、固体が一様に
混合され、圧縮されなければならない錠剤製法によって
、または各経口投与の前に測定されなければならないバ
ルク液状担体中における活性物質の全用量の組み込みに
よっては、達成するのがより困難である。ソフトゼラチ
ンカプセル剤は、また必要な用量のみパッケージから移
される必要があるから、バルク液体よりも患者により容
易に移される。
ソフトゼラチンカプセル化は、さらに薬剤の生物学的利
用能を改善する可能性を提供するものである。比較的不
溶性の活性物質は液体またはゲル化した担体中に分散し
て、カプセルの崩壊に際し迅速な吸収を提供する。たと
えば、ミスケルら（米国特許第３８５１０５１）は、カ
プセルシェルの崩壊に際し急速に分散するように製剤化
された水溶性ゲル格子状マトリックス中の活性物質の水
溶液を含むソフトゼラチンカプセル剤を開示する。
ソフトゼラチンカプセル化の技術においてよく知られた
障害は、ゼラチンカプセル剤シェルがカプセル充填物質
中の水または他の水性溶剤の存在によって、有害な作用
を受は得ることである。以前の研究者らが、水溶性カプ
セル剤シェル中の水性充填物質の放出の問題に対し搗言
した１つの方法は、シェルの組成を変更することによる
ものであった。たとえば、ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤の
シェルを、シェルの安定性を増すために、水性カプセル
充填物質による解離に耐えるように変えた。
スジマンスキら（米国特許第３８６５８０３号）は、単
一反応性成分の添加により化学的に修飾された、シェル
流動性デンプンおよび熱的に変性されたデンプンをゼラ
チンに添加することにより１伸張された”、ゼラチン組
成物を開示する。
クロイゲル（米国特許第２５８０６８３号）は、吸湿性
物質と配合した成分の水溶液を充填したゼラチンカプセ
ル剤のシェルに非吸湿性、水溶性物質（すなわち、物理
的性質が水蒸気の作用により、大きく変化しない物質）
の添加を開示した。糖類がカプセル壁の好ましい非吸湿
性構成物として開示される。カプセル壁の糖含量を増加
することは充填物質中の乾燥物質の必要量を減少する方
法として開示される。
森下（特開昭５６−８９８３３号）は、ゼラチン、タン
ニン酸、水および“結盟エチルアルコール、ブドウ糖ま
たは類似の糖“から生成されるシェル物質を開示する。
森下はさらにこの酸性シェルが非酸性充填物質を封入す
ることを開示する。
小林（米国特許第７３０９２６号）は、アイシングラス
またはゼラチン、デンプンおよび水を含む粉末または粒
剤のような医薬用ラップとして用いた可溶性、薄膜の物
質を開示する。食用に適する物質を材料として作製され
、だ液または胃液に可溶であるデンプンおよびゼラチン
の“実質的に同じ部分”のフィルムが開示される。小林
により開示されたフィルムは、それを医薬の周りにラッ
プし、次に水にラップした医薬を入れることによりフィ
ルムが膨張し、軟化するように用いられる。
ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤のシェルを生成するのに一般
に用いるソフトゼラチンベースの組成物は当業界で理解
されているように、美味でも食用のものでもない。それ
らは有毒でないが、それらがそしゃくされる場合、殆ど
のシェルは口腔中にゴム質の、不快な味わいの、扱いに
くい塊を生ずる。しかし、それがこころよい味わいで、
容易に砕き、溶かし、飲まれ得るという意味で、そしゃ
く可能な、食用に適するゼラチンシェルは、いくつか理
由で有利であり得る。
たとえば、使用者が狭心症のような突然の発作による医
学的危機にある場合に、カプセルの充填物質中の活性物
質を口腔内へ急速に放出することが不可欠である。カプ
セルのシェルは、危機にある利用者が息苦しくならない
ように、開けた口腔中において扱いにくい不溶性残渣を
何ら残すことなく急速に溶けなければならない。さらに
活性物質か味がよく、丸飲みする必要がない場合、ソフ
トゼラチンカプセル剤は活性物質の単位用量に対して、
放出に都合のよい賦形薬を提供するものである。子供お
よび老年の利用者はカプセル、錠剤または丸剤をそっく
りそのま−飲むことができない場合がある。ソフトゼラ
チンカプセル剤は、このような使用者に、味のよい形で
カプセル中に含まれた活性物質がそしゃくし、摂取しや
すいようにする。
それ故、容易にそしゃくする可能な、食用に適している
シェルを含んでいるソフトゼラチンカプセル剤が要望さ
れている。
［発明の概要］ 本発明は、 （ａ）約２０−４５％のゼラチン、約１５−３０％の水
、約１７．５−３５％の可塑剤および約５−２５％の水
素添加したデンプン加水分解物を含むソフトゼラチンシ
ェル、および上記シェルが封入している （ｂ）ソフトゼラチンカプセル充填材料を含んでいる、
そしゃく・摂取可能な、ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤を提
供するものである。
本発明の好ましいソフトゼラチンカプセル剤は、薬剤、
ミネラルまたはビタミンのような生物学的に活性な物質
の医学的単位用全形態を提供するものである。しかし、
カプセル剤は糖剤、呼吸そう快削、または同様な非毒性
摂取可能物質を放出するための方法を提供するものであ
る。
本明細書に用いられ［ソフトゼラチンカプセル充填材料
（物質）」なる語は、少なくとも一種の活性化合物およ
び所望量の助溶剤、緩衝剤、界面活性剤、増粘剤などを
包含する実質的に無水の物質（約５−７％水分以下）を
意味する。充填物質は、それがソフトゼラチンカプセル
化に適合する、すなわち、それが実質的にソフトゼラチ
ンシェルを損壊しない限りは、固体、半固体、ゲルまた
は液体の形態のものであり得る。
特にことわらない限り１本明細書で示される％はゼラチ
ンシェルに対する重量％である。
［実施態様コ 本発明によると、水、ゼラチン、可塑剤および使用者の
口腔で上記のシェルを分散可能および可溶性にするに有
効な量の水素添加したデンプン加水分解を含んでいるシ
ェル、および活性物質、好ましくは生物学的に活性な薬
剤か分散されるかまたは溶解されているソフトゼラチン
カプセル充填物質を含む、そしゃく可能な、食用に適し
たソフトゼラチンカプセル剤が提供される。
ソフトゼラチン カプセル剤の製造に用いる原料のゼラチン物質は皮、白
色結合組織または動物の骨のようなコラーゲン質の物質
の部分的加水分解によって得られる。Ａ型ゼラチンは酸
加工によりブタの皮から主に得られ、ｐＨ７とｐＨ９の
間での等電点を示し、一方Ｂ型ゼラチンは骨および動物
（ウシ）の皮のアルカリ加工から得られ、ｐＨ４，，７
とｐＨ５，２の間での等電点を示す。ゼラチンはまた冷
水魚皮から得られ得る。Ａ型ゼラチンとＢ型ゼラチンの
混合物は、カプセル剤製造にとって不可欠な粘性および
ブルーム力特性をもつゼラチンを得るのに用いることが
できる。ゼラチンはシグマ・ケミカル・カンパニー（セ
ント・ルイス、ミズリ州）から入手し得る。ゼラチンお
よびゼラチンを主薬としたカプセル剤の一般的な説明と
しては、レミングトンズーファマスティ力ル・サイエン
ス（Ｒｅｍｉｎｇｔｏｒｉｓ　　Ｐｈａｒｍａｃｅｕｔ
ｉｃａｌ　　５ｃｉｅｎｃｅｓ）１６版（マツク出版会
社、イーストン）、ペンシルバニア州、１９８０年）１
２４５頁と１５７６−１５８２頁に記載がある。
本カプセル剤のシェルは、約２０−４５％、好ましくは
２３−４１％、もっとも好ましくは約２８−３６％のゼ
ラチンを含む。ゼラチンは、Ａ型、Ｂ型および混合物の
いずれでもよい。ブルーム数すなわちゼラチンの強さの
指標は約６０−３００の範囲内に入り得る。
本カプセル剤の原料ゼラチン物質は、ゼラチンへの可塑
剤の添加により「ソフトゼラチン」を生成するように変
性される。可塑剤の添加は、そしゃくに不可欠なカプセ
ルシェルの軟化性および弾性を得るために必要である。
本発明の有用な可塑剤は、グリセリン（１，２，３−プ
ロパントリオール）、Ｄ−ソルビトール（Ｄ−グリシド
ール）または同様な低分子量ポリオールを包含する。グ
リセリンおよびＤ−ソルビトールはシグマ・ケミカル・
カンパニー（セント・ルイス、ミズリ州）から入手し得
る。本カプセル剤のシェルは約１７．５−３５％、好ま
しくは約１９−３１％およびもつとも好ましくは約２２
−２８％の可塑剤を含む。本発明の好ましい可塑剤はグ
リセリンである。
水 本ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤のシェルは約１５’−３０
％、好ましくは約１７−２９％およびもつとも好ましく
は約２０−２６％の水を含む。シェルの水含量は、だ液
および口腔に存在する他の消化液に接触したとき急速な
溶解を促す。
本カプセル剤に含む水分量は、ゼラチン、糖および最低
的３４％のカプセルシェルを開示するクロイゲル（米国
特許第２５８０６８３号）の高水含量と著しく相違する
。約４５％の水を含むシェル組成物もまたクロイゲルに
より開示される。同様に森下（特開昭５６−８９８３３
号）は約４４％の水を含んでいるカプセルシェルを開示
する。
水素添加したデンプン加水分解物 カプセルシェルの味覚およびそしゃく性を増大し、そし
ゃ（でシェルの急速な溶解を促すために、本カプセルシ
ェルはさらに水素添加したデンプン加水分解物を含む。
本シェルに有用な水素添加したデンプン加水分解物は、
３％未満の重合度（ＤＰ）２０より大のポリオール、約
３５−６０％のマルチトール（ＤＰ　　２）、約０．１
−２０％のソルビトール（ＤＰ　　Ｉ）を含み、ＤＰ３
−２０のポリオールの混合物により残りが構成される。
好ましくは、加水分解物は、ＤＰが２０より大である１
、５％未満のポリオール、５−８％のソルビトール、５
０−５３％のマルチトールを含み、残りがＤＰ３−２０
のポリオールの混合物により構成されることにより特徴
づけられる。加水分解用に選択する原料のデンプン物質
は、全ての型のデンプンであり得る。たとえば、ジャガ
イモデンプン、カサバデンブン、小麦デンプンなどは用
いられ得る。
本シェルに有用な水素添加したデンプン加水分解物は２
段階法により製造される。先ず、１０−３５のデキスト
ロース（Ｄ−グルコース）等量のデンプン「前加水分解
物」は、酸素的に少なくともβ−アミラーゼの作用によ
り触媒される部分的加水分解に付される。加水分解は生
成デンプン加水分解物のデキストローズ等量が４５−５
３の値になるまで続けられる。元の前加水分解物が１Ｏ
−２７のデキストロース当量を有する場合、α−アミラ
ーゼの補助的酵素作用もまた加水分解段階に包含される
。加水分解段階が完結したとき、デンプン加水分解物は
、Ｄ−グルコース（デキストロース）、三糖類、三−六
糖類、たとえばマルトースおよびスクロース、および六
糖類以上の糖類を含むシロップの形である。
次の製造段階において、デンプン加水分解物は糖アルコ
ールを生成するために水素添加される。
水素添加は、約０．２％以下、好ましくは約０．１％以
下の還元糖含量が、ラネーニッケル法により、すなわち
、グルコース水素添加と同様な高圧水素添加により達成
されるまで続けられる。加水分解物は活性炭および樹脂
による精製、および約３７−４０％の乾物含量になるま
での濃縮後、水素添加反応器に導入される。水素添加は
、約１００−１５０℃および約４０−７０　ｋｇ／ｃｍ
”の水素圧下で、ラネーニッケル触媒の存在で行なわれ
、約２−４時間の反応時間後終わらせる。ラネーニッケ
ルにより構成される触媒は傾潟により水素添加した加水
分解物から分離される。続いて、水素添加した加水分解
物は、三角傾潟器に入れられ、触媒剤の最終トレースを
除去するため濾過され、カヂオンおよびアニオン樹脂で
脱イオンされ、目的とする乾燥物含量が得られるまで、
濃縮される。これらの段階が完結したとき、最終生成物
は、快適な甘い味の、後味のない、無色無臭の透明なシ
ロップの形である。水素添加したデンプン加水分解物は
非腐食性（すなわち、歯の腐食を起こさない）で、高い
有機性および無機性の純度のものである。約４％粘度は
約１５００−２１００センチポアーズである。乾物の濃
度により２０℃で測定した。
一種の市販の水素添加したデンプン加水分解物は、乾燥
物ベースで次のものを含む。より大の重合度をもつ水素
添加した糖類的０−３％、約６−８％のＤ−ソルビトー
ル（Ｄ−グリシドール）（これは、デンプン加水分解物
中のグルコースの水素添加により生成される糖アルコー
ルである）、約５０−５５％の水素添加した三糖類（第
一級マルチトール、これはマルトースの水素添加により
生成される糖アルコールである）、および残りはＤＰ３
−２０のポリオールの混合物により構成される。本炭水
化物の性質に基づくと、本生成物の平均分子量は約６３
０である。溶液のｐＨは約５−７である。屈折率は約１
．４７６０−１．４８３０である。
水素添加したデンプン加水分解物は、約５−２５重量％
、好ましくは約１８−２２重量％で本ソフトゼラチンカ
プセル剤のシェルに存在する。これらの量で水素添加し
たデンプン加水分解物がカプセルシェルに存在すると、
そしゃく可能な、好ましい特性を増大し、そしゃくによ
る急速な溶解を促すことが見出された。カプセル中の天
然または合成のそしゃく物質が、連結したそしゃくによ
り、大きさが著しく変化しない不溶性残渣を口腔に残す
エバート等のソフトゼラチンカプセル剤（米国特許第４
４２８９２７号）と異なり、本カプセルシェル中の水素
添加したデンプン加水分解物は、シェルが、それがそし
ゃくされるにつれて急速に溶解し得ることを示す。この
急速な溶解特性は、ハードカプセル剤を飲むことまたは
長い期間ソフトカプセル剤をそしゃくすることができ得
い、医学的不調なヒト、年長者、子供または動物に医薬
または他の生物学的に活性な物質を投与する際に本カプ
セル剤を特に有効にする。さらに、水素添加したデンプ
ン加水分解物により与えられた好適な、甘い味覚は、本
カプセル剤を味のないまたは不快な味であるカプセル剤
よりも好ましいものにする。
ソフトゼラチンカプセル充填物質 本ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤シェルはあらかじめ選択し
た量の充填物質を封入１．得る。封入した充填物質は薬
品、ミネラルまたはビタミンのような、医薬的単位用量
の生物学的に活性な物質を構成し得る。本カプセル剤の
充填物質は、いくつかの形の１つをとり得る。すなわち
（ｉ）液体、（ｉｉ）半固体、（ｉｉｉ）固体、または
（ｉｖ）ゲルである。全ての場合に、本カプセル剤の充
填物質は水性シェルの劣化が最少限度にされるように、
約５−７％またはそれより少ない水を含み得る。
本カプセル充填物質の液体形において、一つまたはそれ
以上の生物学的に活性な化合物は無毒な液体基剤中に分
散されまたは溶解され得る。好ましくは、本カプセル充
填物質の液体基剤は植物油である。本カプセル充填物質
用の適当な植物油はコーン油、ピーナツ油、ベニバナ油
、ヒマワリ油および大豆油を包括する。液体基剤はまた
ば液体ポリアルキレングリコールを含み得る。たとえば
、２００−４０００の平均分子量をもつポリアルキレン
グリコールおよび２−８炭素原子およびｌ−３ヒドロキ
シ基をもつ低級アルコールの混合物は、ボサートら（米
国特許第３７８４６８４号）により開示される。本混合
物が所定量の４−（２’−二トロフェニル）−２，６−
シメチルー３．５−ジカルボメトキシー１．４−ジヒド
ロピリジン（既知の冠状拡張剤）の担体として用いられ
、ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤シェルに収容される場合、
この経口放出カプセルは狭心症の処置に提供されるもの
である。本カプセル剤の液体溶剤基剤には、所望により
サッカリンナトリウムのような非水性甘味料、桂皮また
は桂皮油、クエン酸、レモン油、ニクズク油、オレンジ
油、ハツカ油、バラ油、ミドリバーツカ油またはスバミ
ント油およびイチゴ油のような非水性香料を混合し得る
。
本ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤は、また固体充填物質をカ
プセル化し得る。有用な固体充填物質は、グラスマン（
米国特許第３２２８７８９号）により開示されるように
、ゼラチン、糖などでさらにコーティングされ得る活性
物質を含んでいる錠剤またはペレットを包含する。
半固体充填物質もまた、本ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤に
よりカプセル化され得る。生物学的活性薬剤は、大きな
割合で一つまたはそれ以上のポリアルキレングリコール
を含み、好ましくは大きな割合の液体ポリエチレングリ
コールおよび小さな割合のロウ状ポリエチレングリコー
ルの混合物を含み、小さな割合でＣ！−Ｃ，ジオールま
たはトリオール、好ましくはプロピレングリコールを含
んでいる、実質的に水を欠く担体混合物中に分散させ得
る。シャアら（米国特許第４４８６４１２号）により開
示されるように、混合物に分散した活性薬剤は、好まし
くは、胃酸を中和する制酸剤として作用するマグネシウ
ム、アルミニウムまたはカルシウムのような一つまたは
それ以上の塩基性塩酸である。塩基性と適合する放屁緩
和剤もまた包含され得る。適当な香料および甘味料もま
た本カプセル剤の半固体充填物質に添加されて、充填剤
の美味性に貢献し得る。
本ソフトゼラチンカプセル剤は、またゲル化重合体マト
リックスを含んでいるゲル充填物質を封入し得る。コー
エンら（米国特許第４７０８８３４号）により開示され
るように、重合体マトリックスは、ゼラチンカプセル剤
シェルでのカプセル化の後、液体充填物質のゲル化によ
り形成され得る。ゲル化充填物質は、植物ゴムのような
多糖類ゴム中に活性物質を溶解または分散されたものを
含み得る。ゲル化可能な充填物質は、また最適量の助溶
剤、緩衝剤、界面活性剤、増粘剤、甘味料、香料などを
包含することができる。
上述の全ての充填物質は、生物学的活性度および活性化
合物（複数も可）の溶解度により異なるが大きく変わり
得る量で、充填物質中に存在し得る一つまたはそれ以上
の医学的に活性な化合物を取り込み得る。本カプセル剤
により放出され得る有用な部類の医学的に活性化合物は
、鎮痛剤、カルシウムチャンネル遮断剤、β−遮断剤、
抗菌性物質、抗うつ剤、抗糖尿病剤、抗炎症剤、脳刺激
剤、鎮静剤、抗寄生虫剤、充血除去剤、筋肉弛緩剤、抗
パーキンソン症候群剤、気管支拡張剤およびビタミン、
ミネラル、脂肪酸などのような栄養補給剤を包含する。
本発明をさらに下記の詳細な実施例によって説明する。
実施例１（ビタミンＣおよび鉄用量形態）下記のものを
含むソフトゼラチンカプセル充填組成物を製造する。

合物を次に粉砕し、ガスを除去する。
２、シェル製造 下記のものを含むソフトゼラチンシェルを製造する。

加水分解物を適当な容器に添加して撹はん、均一な溶解
物ができるまで加熱撹はんする。
３、カプセル化 上記のソフトゼラチンシェルを標準カプセル化技術（９
番の丸い鋳型）を用いて５００所部の半液体充填組成物
をカプセル化するのに用い、気密にシールしたソフトゼ
ラチン一体化カプセル剤を生産する。
実施例２（カルシウム用量形態） １、充填材料製造 下記のものを含むソフトゼラチンカプセル充填組成物を
製造する。

　　　　７５０部　４０．０サツカリンナトリウム　　
　　１部　　　０．０５イチゴフレーバー　　　　　１
３部　　　０．７クエン酸　　　　　　　　　　　６部
　　　０．３植物油　　　　　　　　＋１０（１５９，
０植物油に均一な混合物が生成するまで、適当な容器で
イチゴフレーバー、サッカリンナトリウムおよびクエン
酸と混合する。つぎに炭酸カルシウムを添加し、約４５
分間撹はんを続ける。生成する半液体混合物を次に粉砕
し、ガスを除去する。
２、シェル製造 下記のものを含むソフトゼラチンシェルを製造する。

加水分解物 ゼラチン、グリセリン、水および水素添加したデンプン
加水分解物を適当な容器に添加して混合し、均一な溶解
物ができるまで加熱撹はんする。
３、カプセル化 上記のシェル製造物を標準カプセル化技術（２０番の丸
い鋳型）を用いて１８７０ｘ９ＩＫの半液体充填組成物
をカプセル化するのに用い、気密にシールしたソフトゼ
ラチン一体化カプセル剤を生産する。
摂取し、そしゃくした場合、実施例１および実施例２の
カプセル剤はたやすく破壊して、利用者の口腔にそれら
の含有物を放出する。カプセル剤シェルは急速に溶解し
、その結果カプセル充填物質を共に飲まれ得る。非粘着
またはゴム状の残漬物が、２．３秒のそしゃくの後使用
者の口腔中に残る。シェルおよび充填剤の両方はこのよ
うに摂取した場合好適な味覚および口腔覚を生じる。
本発明の代表的な具体例を説明のために、本明細書中に
記述したが、その修正が本発明の意図および範囲からは
ずれることな〈実施可能なことが熟練者には明らかであ
る。

Claims (19)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）（ａ）約２０−４５％のゼラチン、約１５−３０
    ％の水、約１７．５−３５％の可塑剤 および約５−２５％の水素添加したデンプ ン加水分解物を含むソフトゼラチンシェル、および上記
    シェルが含有する （ｂ）ソフトゼラチンカプセル充填材料 を含んでいる、そしゃく可能な、食用に適するソフトゼ
    ラチンカプセル剤。
  2. （２）上記の可塑剤がグリセリンまたはソルビトールま
    たはそれらの混合物から成るものである請求項１記載の
    カプセル剤。
  3. （３）上記の可塑剤がグリセリンから成るものである請
    求項１記載のカプセル剤。
  4. （４）上記の充填剤が生物学的に活性な物質の医薬的単
    位用量形態を提供するものである請求項１記載のカプセ
    ル剤。
  5. （５）上記の生物学的に活性な物質がビタミン、ミネラ
    ルまたはそれらの混合物を含むものである請求項４記載
    のカプセル剤。
  6. （６）上記の生物学的に活性な物質が制酸剤である請求
    項４記載のカプセル剤。
  7. （７）上記の充填剤が液体である請求項１記載のカプセ
    ル剤。
  8. （８）上記の充填材料が植物油を含むものである請求項
    ７記載のカプセル剤。
  9. （９）上記の充填材料が液体ポリアルキレングリコール
    を含むものである請求項７記載のカプセル剤。
  10. （１０）上記の充填材料が固体である請求項１記載のカ
    プセル剤。
  11. （１１）上記の充填材料が固体錠剤またはペレットを含
    むものである請求項１０記載のカプセル剤。
  12. （１２）上記の充填材料が半固体である請求項１記載の
    カプセル剤。
  13. （１３）上記の半固体が大きな割合のポリアルキレンお
    よび小さな割合のＣ＿２−Ｃ＿４ジオールまたはトリオ
    ールを含んでいる混合物中に生物学的に活性な物質を分
    散したものを含むものである請求項１２記載のカプセル
    剤。
  14. （１４）上記の充填材料がゲルを含むものである請求項
    １記載のカプセル剤。
  15. （１５）充填材料がゲル化した多糖類マトリックス中に
    分散した活性物質を含むものである請求項１４記載のカ
    プセル剤。
  16. （１６）水素添加したデンプン加水分解物が約３５−６
    ０％の水素添加した二糖類を含むものである請求項１記
    載のカプセル剤。
  17. （１７）二糖類が大きな割合のマルチトールを含むもの
    である請求項１６記載のカプセル剤。
  18. （１８）水素添加したデンプン加水分解物が約０．１−
    ２０％のソルビトールを含むものである請求項１６記載
    のカプセル剤。
  19. （１９）水素添加したデンプン加水分解物が約３５−６
    ０％のマルチトールを含むものである請求項１６記載の
    カプセル剤。
