Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、表面付着部材を備えたプリント回路の電気接
触子であって、この回路と隣接回路又は蓋との間の電気
接続を行う接触子に係わる。
本発明は、この種の接触子を少なくとも１つ含むプリン
ト回路にも係わる。
抵抗器又はコンデンサのような表面付着部材を備えたプ
リント回路は、隣接回路又は蓋との電気接続を行う電気
接触子を有する。周知のように、通常は第１操作ステッ
プで表面イ・１着部材を配置し且つはんだ付Ｇｔ　して
から、第２ｔｉ作ステップで電気接触子を配置し、はん
だ付けする。実際、これらの接触子は寸法が大きく月つ
顧客の注文に応じて製造されるため、操作ステップが２
つになってしまうのである。
本発明の目的は、このような操作の反復を回避すべく、
電気接触子の配置及びはＡ２だ付けを回路部材と同時に
、Ｕｔ、−）で同一の自動機械を用いて行えるようにす
ることにある。そのためには、回路」−の接触子占有面
積が回路部材と同にくらいになるまで、接触子を小型化
しなければならない。
本発明では、表面付着部材を備えたプリント回路の電気
接触子であって１、二の回路と隣接回路又は蓋との間の
電気接続を行う機能を果たし、回路上での該接触子の占
有面積が回路部材の占有面積とほぼ同じになるようＧこ
小型化されており、回路にはんだ付けされる底部と隣接
回路又は蓋ど接触することになるバネ部分とを含むこと
を特徴とする電気接触子を提供する。
本発明は、表面付着部材を備えたプリン１−回路であっ
て、少なくとも１つの電気接触子を含み、前記部Ｈ及び
１つ以」二の接触子が単一操作ステップで回路上に配置
され目、つけんだ付けされたものであることを特徴とす
るプリン１−回路にも係わる。
以下、添イ」図面に基づき、本発明の電気接触子の具体
例及びこれらの接触子を備えたプリン（・回路を説明す
る。
第１図の接触子１０は、回路にはんだ付けされる底部１
１と隣接回路又は蓋に当接するバネ部分１２とを倉んで
いる。この接触子１０は、１つのループを構成する単一
部材からなる。
第２図の接触子２０は底部２１及びバネ部分２２を含ん
でいる。この接触、７−２０は、２つのループを構成す
る単一部材からなり、バネ部分２がこれら２つのループ
を含んでいる。
第３Δ図及び第３Ｂ図の接触子３０は２つの部材３１．
３２からなり、部材３１が底部舎構成Ｉ２、部材３２が
パイ・部分を構成している。部材３１は小さな箱であり
、その中に部１４３２が第３Ｂ図に示すように部分的に
挿入される。
第４図及び第５図は回路部材４１及び電気接触子１０を
上表面に備えたプリント回路４０を示している。
接触子は第４図では隣接回路５０に当接し、第５図では
蓋６０に当接している。
接触子１０．２０．３０は勿論、別の特定形態も有１゜
得る。これらの接触子の大きさは回路部材４１とほぼ同
じであり、特に回路−Ｆでの占有面積が数平方ミリメー
トル、例えば約５ｍｍ２（３，２ｍｍ　ｘ　１．６■）
である。高さは様々に変化させ得る。
これらの接触子を製造するための材ｔ１としては、例え
ば大きな接触抵抗（約１０「ｎΩ）を得るために全記載
のいずれの具体例でも、接触子の形状は自動的１ｆｉ械
によって容易に捕捉できるようなものである。
底部は、バネ機能への悪影響を回避すべく、きちんとは
んだ付けできるように設計されている。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）表面付着部材を備えたプリント回路の電気接触子
    であつて、この回路と隣接回路又は蓋との間の電気接続
    を行う機能を果たし、回路上での該接触子の占有面積が
    回路部材の占有面積とほぼ同じになるように小型化され
    ており、回路にはんだ付けされる底部と隣接回路又は蓋
    と接触することになるバネ部分とを含むことを特徴とす
    る電気接触子。
  2. （２）前記占有面積が約５ｍｍ＾２であることを特徴と
    する請求項１に記載の電気接触子。
  3. （３）１つのループを構成する単一部材からなることを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載の電気接触子。
  4. （４）２つのループを構成する単一部材からなることを
    特徴とする請求項１に記載の電気接触子。
  5. （５）２つの部材からなり、一方の部材が底部を構成し
    、もう一方の部材がバネ部分を構成することを特徴とす
    る請求項１に記載の電気接触子。
  6. （６）表面付着部材を備えたプリント回路であって、請
    求項１から５のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも１つの
    電気接触子を含み、前記部材及び１つ以上の接触子が単
    一操作ステップで回路上に配置され且つはんだ付けされ
    たものであることを特徴とするプリント回路。
