    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 基板の上に磁気ヘツドを構成する素子とこれら
    の素子を結ぶ回路とが成膜形成され、これらの回
    路の端子の上に外部と接続するためのボンデイン
    グパツドが成膜形成されてなる薄膜磁気ヘツドに
    おいて、上記ボンデイングパツドは上記素子また
    は回路の上に絶縁体層を介して拡張して形成され
    ていることを特徴とする薄膜磁気ヘツド。
