斜視図である。 図において、１．１１はセラミック基板、２゜１２は抵
抗体素子、３，４は内部端子、５，１５は、パッド、６
は外部接続端子をそれぞれ示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁材料よりなる基板上に複数の抵抗体素子と複数の外
    部接続端子と前記抵抗体素子、と前記外部接続端子とを
    電気的に接続する印刷導体とを備えてなる構成において
    、前記基板の上面に蛤する前記基板の厚さ方向に前記抵
    抗体素子を形成したことを特徴とする集合抵抗体。
