来および本考案の固定抵抗器の特性選別方法を示す図で
ある。 １・・・セラミック基板、２・・・電極、２′・・・金
属メッキ、３・・・保護膜。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. セラミック基板の主面上に複数の電極を設け、前記電極
    間に抵抗体とこの抵抗体を保護する絶縁膜とを形成し、
    前記電極に前記セラミック基板の端面よりはみだす金属
    メッキ層を形成したことを特徴とするチップ固定抵抗器
    。
