  1. ′　コアに部分的に金属膜を被着し、巻線のリード、を
    該金属膜に接続すると共に少くとも金属膜の一部を電極
    として用いる高周波コイルにおいて、該金属膜は銀の表
    面をニッケルの層により被って形晟しであることを特徴
    とする高周波側イル。
