    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）チップ状の絶縁部材の両側端に導電部を形成し、
    前記絶縁部材の少なくとも一面を導電処理し前記両側端
    の導電部を電気的に接続したことを特徴とする配線用チ
    ップ。
  2. （２）絶縁部材はセラミックであることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の配線用チップ。
  3. （３）絶縁部材の少なくとも一面に銀−バラジュームペ
    ーストを塗布することにより導電処理したことを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項又は第（２）項
    記載の配線用チップ。
