Description
Claims (7)
- 導電性を有するケースを含む電力変換装置と、
前記電力変換装置とバッテリーとを接続するケーブルと、
前記ケーブルの端部に設けられており、前記電力変換装置に対して着脱可能な高圧コネクタと、
前記ケースに固定されており、前記ケーブルを保護する樹脂カバーと、
前記ケースに固定されており、前記電力変換装置を車体に固定するためのブラケットと、
前記ケース及び前記ブラケットを介して車体に導通するように前記樹脂カバー上に固定された金属プレートと、
前記高圧コネクタと前記金属プレートとを連結するアース線と、を備える、電動車両。 - 前記金属プレートを前記樹脂カバーに固定する締結部材をさらに備え、
前記金属プレートは、前記締結部材によって前記樹脂カバーに接続される接続部を有し、
前記樹脂カバーは、前記ケースに締結可能な締結部を有し、
前記締結部材は、前記金属プレートが前記ケースに導通するように前記接続部及び前記締結部を前記ケースに固定している、請求項1に記載の電動車両。 - 前記金属プレートを前記樹脂カバーに固定する他の締結部材をさらに備え、
前記金属プレートは、
前記他の締結部材によって前記樹脂カバーに接続される他の接続部と、
前記接続部と前記他の接続部との間に位置する中間部と、を有し、
前記樹脂カバーは、前記ケースに締結可能な他の締結部をさらに有し、
前記他の締結部材は、前記金属プレートが前記ケースに導通するように前記他の接続部及び前記他の締結部を前記ケースに固定しており、
前記アース線は、前記中間部に連結されている、請求項2に記載の電動車両。 - 前記樹脂カバーは、前記締結部と前記他の締結部との間に設けられた凹部を有し、
前記中間部は、前記凹部に嵌まり込む形状を有する、請求項3に記載の電動車両。 - 前記中間部には、排水口が設けられている、請求項4に記載の電動車両。
- 前記金属プレートを基準として前記高圧コネクタが配置された側と反対側に配置された車載部品をさらに備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の電動車両。
- 幅方向における前記金属プレートの長さは、前記幅方向における前記高圧コネクタの長さよりも大きい、請求項6に記載の電動車両。
