Description
図3に示すように、増圧ユニット12は、増圧用シリンダ14の一端側および他端側にそれぞれ第1駆動用シリンダ16および第2駆動用シリンダ18が連設された3連式のシリンダ構造を有する。第1駆動用シリンダ16と増圧用シリンダ14との間には第1カバー部材20が介挿され、増圧用シリンダ14と第2駆動用シリンダ18との間には第2カバー部材22が介挿されている。
図3に示すように、直方体状のバイパスユニット88は、入力ポート40および合流ポート46が開口する増圧用シリンダ14の前面に対して、複数のボルト90を用いて取り付けられる。図2および図4に示すように、バイパスユニット88の内部には、主流路92およびバイパス流路94が設けられている。
増圧ユニット12の入力ポート40に圧力流体が供給されると、該圧力流体は、第1供給流路42aおよび第2供給流路42bに流入し、第1供給チェック弁42cおよび第2供給チェック弁42dを介して増圧用シリンダ14の第1増圧室24aおよび第2増圧室24bに導入される。

Claims (2)
- 増圧ユニットとバイパスユニットからなる圧力流体の増圧装置であって、
前記増圧ユニットは、流体供給源側に接続される入力ポートとタンク側に接続される出力ポートを備え、前記入力ポートに供給される圧力流体を増圧して前記出力ポートから出力するものであり、前記バイパスユニットは、一端が前記流体供給源側に接続されるとともに他端が前記出力ポート側に接続されるバイパス流路を備え、前記バイパス流路に前記出力ポート側から前記流体供給源側への圧力流体の流れを阻止するバイパスチェック弁が設けられ、
前記増圧ユニットは、増圧用シリンダの両側に駆動用シリンダが設けられたシリンダ構造を有し、
前記バイパス流路は、前記増圧ユニットに設けられた接続ポートを介して前記出力ポートに接続され、前記バイパスユニットは、前記入力ポートおよび前記接続ポートが開口する前記増圧用シリンダの前面に取り付けられる増圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の増圧装置において、
前記入力ポートは、前記バイパスユニットに設けられた主流路を介して前記流体供給源に接続され、前記バイパス流路は、前記主流路から分岐する流路である増圧装置。
