Description
また、上記態様に係る車両では、インバータをカバー部材からも離間させて配置するので、エンジンの駆動時に生じる振動がカバー部材を介してインバータに伝達されるのを更に抑制することができる。即ち、シャフトの周囲を覆うように設けられるカバー部材にもエンジンの振動が伝達されるが、インバータをカバー部材から離間させて配置することで、エンジンの駆動時に生じる振動がカバー部材を介してインバータに伝達されるのを抑制することができる。
さらに、上記態様に係る車両では、フロアトンネルにインバータを取り付けることとしているので、エンジンの駆動時における振動が車体を介してインバータへ伝達されるのを効果的に抑制することができる。即ち、フロアトンネルは、車体の剛性を補強するために設けられた高剛性な部位であるので、当該部位にインバータを取り付けることにより、エンジンの駆動による振動をインバータに伝わりにくくすることができる。
1.車両1の概略構成
本実施形態に係る車両1の概略構成について、図1を用いて説明する。
車両1における駆動ユニット10の搭載位置について、図2を用いて説明する。
駆動ユニット10の詳細構成およびその周辺の構成について、図3から図5を用いて説明する。
駆動ユニット10におけるモータ14の冷却構成について、図6を用いて説明する。
バルブ制御部52は、モータ駆動モードの実行時において(モータ14の駆動力により車両1が走行している場合において)、エンジン水温センサ53からのエンジン水温に関する情報を基に、オイルコントロールバルブ45,46の切替制御および沸騰冷却器ファン44dの駆動制御を実行する。具体的には、次のように制御を行う。
エンジン水温が第1閾値未満の場合には、バルブ制御部52は、モータ冷却オイル経路LN34とモータ冷却オイル経路LN21とが接続されるようにオイルコントロールバルブ46を切替制御し、モータ冷却オイル経路LN21とモータ冷却オイル経路LN11とが接続されるようにオイルコントロールバルブ45を切替制御する。なお、沸騰冷却器ファン44dは停止した状態とする。
エンジン水温が第1閾値以上第2閾値未満の場合には、バルブ制御部52は、モータ冷却オイル経路LN34とモータ冷却オイル経路LN21とが接続されるようにオイルコントロールバルブ46を切替制御し、モータ冷却オイル経路LN21とモータ冷却オイル経路LN12とが接続されるようにオイルコントロールバルブ45を切替制御する。そして、バルブ制御部52は、沸騰冷却器ファン44dを駆動させる。
エンジン水温が第2閾値以上の場合には、バルブ制御部52は、モータ冷却オイル経路LN34とモータ冷却オイル経路LN21とが接続されるようにオイルコントロールバルブ46を切替制御する。そして、バルブ制御部52は、沸騰冷却器ファン44dの駆動状態を維持させる。
車両1におけるインバータ27の配置形態について、図7から図9を用いて説明する。
ワイヤーハーネス49の配策構造について、図10および図11を用いて説明する。
上記実施形態では、図11に示すように、ワイヤーハーネス49を左側の湾曲するように配策することとしたが、本発明では、右側に湾曲するように配策してもよい。

Claims (10)
- 互いに隣接配置されたエンジンおよびモータを有した、車両走行用の駆動源である駆動ユニットと、
前記駆動ユニットの出力軸に連結され、駆動力を駆動輪に伝達するためのシャフトと、
前記シャフトの周囲を覆うカバー部材と、
直流電流を交流電流に変換して出力するインバータと、
前記インバータの出力ターミナルと前記モータの入力ターミナルとを電気接続する接続配線と、
を備え、
前記カバー部材および前記インバータは、フロアパネルに形成されたフロアトンネルの内部空間内に収容されており、
前記インバータは、前記駆動ユニットから離間して配置され、且つ、前記カバー部材に対して上方に離間した状態で当該カバー部材の長手方向に沿って配置されるように、前記フロアトンネルに対してブラケットを介して取り付けられており、
前記接続配線は、可撓性を有するとともに、前記インバータの出力ターミナルと前記モータの入力ターミナルとの間の直線距離よりも長い配線長を有するワイヤーハーネスで形成されている、
車両。 - 請求項1に記載の車両において、
前記駆動ユニットは、車体における前記インバータから離間した箇所に対して取り付けられている、
車両。 - 請求項2に記載の車両において、
前記接続配線は、前記フロアトンネル内で配策されている、
車両。 - 請求項1から請求項3の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記エンジンと前記モータとが隣接する方向の一方から前記エンジンと前記接続配線とを見る場合に、前記接続配線は、前記エンジンの外周よりも内側に収まるように配策されている、
車両。 - 請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記シャフトの延伸方向に交差する方向の外側から前記カバー部材と前記接続配線とを見る場合に、前記接続配線は、前記カバー部材の上の所定領域を迂回するように湾曲して配策されている、
車両。 - 請求項5に記載の車両において、
前記所定領域には、前記モータを冷却するための部材であるモータ冷却用部材が取り付けられている、
車両。 - 請求項6に記載の車両において、
前記モータを冷却するためのオイルの経路であるモータ冷却オイル経路と、
前記モータ冷却オイル経路を流れる前記オイルよりも沸点が低い沸騰冷却用冷媒が循環する循環経路と、前記循環経路の途中に配設され、前記オイルと前記沸騰冷却用冷媒とが熱交換する沸騰部と、前記沸騰冷却用冷媒が凝縮される凝縮部と、を有する沸騰冷却器と、
を更に備え、
前記モータ冷却用部材は、前記沸騰冷却器の前記凝縮部である、
車両。 - 請求項7に記載の車両において、
前記凝縮部は、前記カバー部材に対して、前記車両の上下方向の上側に取り付けられている、
車両。 - 請求項5から請求項8の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記接続配線は、複数設けられているとともに、前記接続配線のそれぞれの一端が前記出力ターミナルにおける複数の第1接続部に接続されており、前記接続配線のそれぞれの他端が前記入力ターミナルにおける複数の第2接続部に接続されており、
前記複数の第1接続部を通る第1仮想直線と、前記複数の第2接続部を通る第2仮想直線とを仮定する場合に、
前記シャフトの延伸方向に交差する方向の外側から前記出力ターミナルおよび前記入力ターミナルを見る場合に、前記第1仮想直線および前記第2仮想直線の少なくとも一方は、前記シャフトの前記延伸方向に対して斜め方向に延びる、
車両。 - 請求項1から請求項9の何れかに記載の車両において、
前記エンジンは、ロータリーエンジンである、
