一対のパドルであって、前記クラスプそれぞれの前記内側クラスプ部材が、前記パドルのうち一方のパドルに固定されている、一対の前記パドルと、
一対の前記パドルを展開位置に向かって付勢するように構成されている一対の付勢部材であって、前記天然心臓弁が開放する度に前記弁修復装置を前記展開位置を越えて開放させることができる一対の前記付勢部材と、
を備えている前記弁修復装置において、
一対の前記クラスプの端部が、心臓周期の拡張期の際に前記天然心臓弁が開放する場合に、互いから離隔して部分的開放位置に至るまで移動するように構成されており、

一対のパドルであって、前記クラスプそれぞれの前記内側クラスプ部材が、前記パドルのうち一方のパドルに固定されている、一対の前記パドルと、
を備えている前記弁修復装置において、
前記クラスプそれぞれが、天然弁尖に取り付けられるように構成されており、
心臓周期の拡張期の際に前記天然心臓弁が開放している場合に、一対の前記クラスプの前記外側クラスプ部材の端部が互いから離隔して部分的開放位置に至るまで移動するように、前記クラスプが屈曲するように構成されており、
前記心臓周期の収縮期の際に前記天然心臓弁が閉鎖している場合に、一対の前記クラスプの前記外側クラスプ部材の端部が互いに向かって移動するように、前記クラスプが屈曲するように構成されている、弁修復装置。 - 前記クラスプが前記部分的開放位置に位置している場合に、前記クラスプの前記端部が互いから離隔して傾斜している、請求項13に記載の弁修復装置。
- 前記弁修復装置が、一対の前記クラスプに接続されている接合要素を備えており、
前記クラスプの移動によって、前記天然心臓弁が閉鎖している場合に前記天然心臓弁の前記天然弁尖が前記接合要素に対して接合され、前記天然心臓弁が開放している場合に前記天然弁尖が前記接合要素から分離される、請求項13又は14に記載の弁修復装置。 - 前記弁修復装置が、一対の付勢部材を備えており、
前記付勢部材が、前記クラスプを互いに向かって付勢する、請求項13~15のいずれか一項に記載の弁修復装置。
