Description
Claims (5)
- 内部に作動油を収容する筒部材と、
前記筒部材の端部の外周に螺着されて前記筒部材の端部を閉塞するキャップ部材と、
前記筒部材と前記キャップ部材との間を封止するシール部材とを備えた緩衝器であって、
前記キャップ部材は、筒部と、前記筒部の端部を閉塞する底部とを有し、
前記筒部は、内周に前記筒部材の端部の外周に螺着される螺子部を有する大径筒部と、前記大径筒部の底部側に設けられて前記大径筒部より内径が小径な小径筒部と、内周であって前記小径筒部と前記大径筒部との境に形成されて前記筒部材の端部における端面に対向する環状の段部とを有し、
前記シール部材は、前記筒部材の前記端面と前記段部との間で挟持される芯金と、前記芯金に一体に結合されて前記筒部材に当接する第一シール部と、前記芯金に一体に結合されて前記キャップ部材に当接する第二シール部とを有し、
前記芯金の前記段部への接触面積が前記筒部材の前記端面の面積よりも大きく設定され、
前記芯金が、前記筒部材を前記キャップ部材へねじ込んだときに前記筒部材から軸方向の荷重を受ける
ことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 前記第二シール部は、前記段部に当接する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記第一シール部は、前記筒部材の内周に当接する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記芯金に対して前記第一シール部と前記第二シール部とがインサート成型によって結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。 - 前記芯金は、前記筒部材の前記端部の内周に対向する筒状のシール保持筒と、前記シール保持筒の端部の外周に連なって前記筒部材の前記端面と前記段部との間で挟持されるシート部とを有し、
前記シール保持筒は、前記シール保持筒の前記端部を外周側に湾曲して形成された湾曲面を有しており、
前記第二シール部は、前記湾曲面に一体に結合されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の緩衝器。
