Description
図1及び図2に示す印刷システム1は、印刷装置10と、中間搬送装置20と、媒体排出装置30とを備える。
図2に示す制御部19aは、印刷装置10全体の動作を制御する演算処理装置として機能するプロセッサ(例えばCPU:Central Processing Unit)を有し、吸着搬送部14、印刷部15等の各部の動作を制御する。また、制御部19aは、後述する中間搬送装置20の複数の搬送ローラ対21を制御する。なお、印刷装置10の制御部19aと、後述する媒体排出装置30の制御部37とを兼ねる制御部が印刷システム1に配置されていてもよい。
図1に示すように、媒体排出装置30は、積載台31と、サイド規制部32,33と、エンド規制部34とを備える。また、図2に示すように、媒体排出装置30は、規制駆動部35と、昇降駆動部36と、制御部37と、記憶部38と、インターフェース部39とを備える。
媒体が積載される積載台と、
前記積載台に向けて排出される前記媒体を規制する規制位置と、当該規制位置から退避した退避位置との間を移動する規制部と、
前記退避位置から前記規制位置への前記規制部の移動量と、前記積載台に向けて排出される前記媒体の排出間隔とのうち少なくとも一方に基づいて、前記規制部が前記媒体に対して規制動作を行う規制頻度を調整して前記規制部を制御する制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする媒体排出装置。
前記制御部は、最後の前記媒体に対して前記規制部が前記規制動作を行うように前記規制頻度を調整して前記規制部を制御する
ことを特徴とする付記1記載の媒体排出装置。
前記規制部を駆動する規制駆動部を更に備え、
前記制御部は、前記規制部の前記移動量と前記媒体の前記排出間隔とのうち少なくとも一方と、前記規制駆動部の駆動状況とに基づいて、前記規制頻度を調整して前記規制部を制御する
ことを特徴とする付記1又は2記載の媒体排出装置。

Claims (2)
- 媒体が積載される積載台と、
前記積載台に向けて排出される前記媒体を規制する規制位置と、当該規制位置から退避した退避位置との間を移動する規制部と、
前記規制部を駆動する規制駆動部と、
前記退避位置から前記規制位置への前記規制部の移動量と、前記積載台に向けて排出される前記媒体の排出間隔とのうち少なくとも一方と、前記規制駆動部の駆動状況とに基づいて、前記規制部が前記媒体に対して規制動作を行う規制頻度を調整して前記規制部を制御する制御部と
を備えることを特徴とする媒体排出装置。 - 前記制御部は、最後の前記媒体に対して前記規制部が前記規制動作を行うように前記規制頻度を調整して前記規制部を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の媒体排出装置。
