(I)
熱伝導材料は、酸化インジウム、酸化スズ、酸化インジウムスズ、酸化カルシウム、酸化バリウム、酸化ストロンチウム、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウム、水酸化カルシウム、水酸化バリウム、水酸化ストロンチウム、水酸化亜鉛、リン酸アルミニウム、リン酸マグネシウム、リン酸カルシウム、リン酸バリウム、リン酸ストロンチウム、ダイヤモンド、グラフェン、ポリエチレンナノファイバ、カーボンナノチューブ、銀金属ナノ粒子、銅金属ナノ粒子、金金属ナノ粒子、アルミニウム金属ナノ粒子、窒化ホウ素、窒化ケイ素、アルカリ金属ハロゲン化物、フッ化カルシウム、フッ化マグネシウム、以下の化学式IIの化合物、およびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される材料を含み、

上式でAは、出現するごとに独立してLi、Na、K、Rb、Csまたはそれらの組合せであり、Mは、出現するごとに独立してSi、Ge、Sn、Ti、Zr、Al、Ga、In、Sc、Hf、Y、La、Nb、Ta、Bi、Gdまたはそれらの組合せであり、xは、出現するごとに独立して、[(M、Mn)Fy]イオンおよび[MFy]イオン上の電荷の絶対値であり、また、yは5、6または7である。
(G)A3[ZrF7]:Mn4+、上式でAは、Li、Na、K、Rb、Csおよびそれらの組合せから選択される。
(II)
上式で、化学式IIの化合物中のAは、Li、Na、K、Rb、Csまたはそれらの組合せであり、また、化学式IIの化合物中のMは、Si、Ge、Ti、Zr、Hf、Sn、Al、Ga、In、Sc、Y、Bi、La、Gd、Nb、Taおよびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される元素である。いくつかの実施形態では、Aは、Na、K、Rbまたはそれらの組合せである。いくつかの実施形態では、Mは、Si、Ge、Tiまたはそれらの組合せである。

Claims (9)
- 照明装置(10)であって、
以下の化学式Iの蛍光体および結合剤材料の少なくとも一部の中に分散した熱伝導材料を含む複合材料に放射結合される発光ダイオード(LED)光源を備え、

(I)
前記熱伝導材料が、フッ化カリウム、塩化カリウム、臭化カリウムおよびそれらの組合せからなるグループから選択される材料を含み、
上式でAは、Li、Na、K、Rb、Csまたはそれらの組合せであり、Mは、Si、Ge、Sn、Ti、Zr、Al、Ga、In、Sc、Hf、Y、La、Nb、Ta、Bi、Gdまたはそれらの組合せであり、xは、[(M、Mn)Fy]イオンおよび[MFy]イオン上の電荷の絶対値であり、また、yは5、6または7である照明装置(10)。 - 前記熱伝導材料が1ミクロン未満の平均粒度を有する、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- 前記熱伝導材料が、約0.01ミクロンから約0.5ミクロンまでの範囲の平均粒度を有する、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- 前記熱伝導材料が、前記複合材料の総量に基づいて、約1重量パーセントから約50重量パーセントまでの範囲で存在する、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- 前記熱伝導材料が、前記複合材料の量に基づいて、約10重量パーセントから約20重量パーセントまでの範囲で存在する、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- 前記熱伝導材料がマンガンを含んでいない、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- AがKであり、MがSiである、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- 前記結合剤材料が、シリコーンまたはシリコーン誘導体、エポキシまたは低温ガラスを含む、請求項1記載の照明装置(10)。
- 請求項1記載の照明装置(10)を備えるバックライトデバイス。
