Description
Claims (11)
- a.24から38mol%のエチレン含有量を有するカプセルの形態の第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーと、
b.15mol%未満のエチレン含有量を有する第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーと、を含み、
前記第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーと前記第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーの質量比(第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマー/第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマー)が0.40から0.70である、水性分散体。 - アルコールを5から10質量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の水性分散体。
- 前記第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーのカプセルが、0.1から10.0μmの体積平均直径を有する粒子径分布を有する、請求項1に記載の水性分散体。
- 1.0μmより大きい直径を有する前記第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーのカプセルが、内部空洞を含む、請求項3に記載の水性分散体。
- フィラーを0.1から7質量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の水性分散体。
- 前記フィラーが、ゼオライト、グラフェン、酸化グラフェン、セルロース及びリン酸ジルコニウムからなる群から選択される、請求項5に記載の水性分散体。
- テトラエトキシシラン(TEOS)を前記第1及び前記第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーに対して25から100質量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の水性分散体。
- キトサンを前記第1及び前記第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーに対して0.5から5質量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の水性分散体。
- 少なくとも1つの基板;及び
少なくとも1つのコーティング層を含むラッカーでコーティングされたバリア積層体であって、
前記コーティング層が、24から38mol%のエチレン含有量を有するカプセルの形態の第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマー、及び15mol%未満のエチレン含有量を有する第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーを含み、前記第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーと前記第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマーの質量比(第1のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマー/第2のエチレン-ビニルアルコールコポリマー)が0.40から0.70である、ラッカーでコーティングされたバリア積層体。 - 前記基板が、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリアミド(PA)、ポリエチレンフラノエート(PEF)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリブチレンアジペートテレフタレート(PBAT)、ポリブチレンサクシネート(PBS)、ポリ乳酸(PLA)、ポリヒドロキシアルカノエート(PHA)、でんぷんブレンド、リグニンセルロースブレンド及びセロファンからなる群から選択される、請求項9に記載のラッカーでコーティングされたバリア積層体。
- 接着層をさらに含む、請求項9に記載のラッカーでコーティングされたバリア積層体。
