Claims (7)
- 射出成形モールドであって、相対的に可動である第1及び第2のモールドの半体を備え、それらの間で少なくとも1つのモールドキャビティを画定し、前記第1のモールドの前記半体はスプルを有し、前記スプルを介して成形材料は射出され、ランナーが前記スプルから少なくとも1つのゲートに導いて各前記モールドキャビティの中に入れ、
前記射出成形モールドは、モールドの両半体が互いに係合されたとき、前記モールドキャビティに入る各前記ゲートに対応する位置において、インサートが、一方のモールドの前記半体から他方のモールドの前記半体の対応する凹部に突出し、前記インサートは、前記インサートに沿って延びて前記インサートの端部面に通じた切断溝を有し、前記端部面は前記スプルと連通し、溝の反対側端部は前記ゲートと連通し、それによって前記溝は前記ランナーの少なくとも一部を構成し、前記溝は前記インサートの長手方向軸に対して鋭角に延びるので、前記モールドの両半体が分離されたときに、前記溝の切断縁部は前記ゲートを越えて移動して、前記ゲートにおいて材料をせん断する、射出成形モールドであって、各前記インサートの前記端部面は、プルバックピンの端部に対向することを特徴とする、射出成形モールド。 - 各前記インサートは、前記インサートに沿って延び、前記切断溝から離隔され、前記インサートの前記端部面に通じた、第2の溝を有し、前記端部面から離された前記溝の端部は、前記モールドの両半体が係合されたとき、中央の前記スプルから延びた前記ランナーと連通する、請求項1に記載の射出成形モールド。
- 前記インサートはスプルブッシュであり、前記スプルは、前記インサートの長手方向に延びて前記端部面に通じる、請求項1に記載の射出成形モールド。
- 前記インサートは円筒形である、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項に記載の射出成形モールド。
- 前記インサートは矩形断面である、請求項1~3のうちいずれか一項に記載の射出成形モールド。
- 前記インサートには2つ以上の切断溝が設けられ、各前記切断溝は、前記モールドキャビティまでのそれぞれの前記ゲートに関連付けられた、請求項1~5のうちいずれか一項に記載の射出成形モールド。
- 前記切断縁部は、前記インサートの取り外し可能かつ取り換え可能なセグメントによって提供される、請求項1~6のうちいずれか一項に記載の射出成形モールド。
