b.ニトロ化合物用の分極剤であって、ニトロ基に対するホスホネートのモル比が1:1~10:1の範囲となる含有量のホスホネート、及び、ニトロ基に対するカルボキシレートのモル比が2:1~20:1となる含有量のカルボキシレートのうちの少なくともいずれかを含む分極剤;
c.pH緩衝液;及び
d.少なくとも1つの金属錯化剤
を含み、
pH4.5~7.5の範囲であることを特徴とする金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。 - 前記水溶性ニトロ化合物が、2-ニトロ-1-ブタノール、2-ニトロ-2-エチル-1,3-プロパンジオール、2-ニトロ-2-メチル-1-プロパノール、5-ブロモ-5-ニトロ-1,3-ジオキサン、トリス(ヒドロキシメチル)ニトロメタン、1-ニトロプロパン、2-ニトロプロパン、2-ブロモ-2-ニトロプロパン-1,3-ジオール、3-ニトロベンゼンスルホン酸ナトリウム塩、5-ニトロベンゼン-1,3-ジカルボン酸、加水分解性ニトロフェニルエステル、水に溶解可能なその他のニトロ安息香酸誘導体、及び、前述の1つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択されるニトロ有機化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記ニトロ有機化合物がアミン官能基を含有しない、請求項2に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記水溶性ニトロ化合物が、亜硝酸ナトリウム、亜硝酸カリウム、亜硝酸カルシウム、亜硝酸コバルトカリウム、亜硝酸のあらゆる水溶性塩、及び、前述の1つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される無機ニトロ化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記pH緩衝液が、4.9~6.0の範囲内のpHにて、前記酸洗い溶液を維持する、請求項1に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記pH緩衝液が、5.0~5.5の範囲内のpHにて、前記酸洗い溶液を維持する、請求項4に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記分極剤が、アセテート、シトレート、サクシネート、アスコルベート、ラクテート、グルコネート、グルコヘプトネート、グリコレート、サリチレート、及び前述の1つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択されるカルボキシレートを含む、請求項1に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記カルボキシレートが、前記pH緩衝液及び前記少なくとも1つの金属錯化剤のうちの少なくとも1つとしても機能する、請求項7に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記分極剤が、ホスホン酸ナトリウム、ポリ(イソプロペニルホスホン酸)ナトリウム、2-エチルヘキシル2-エチルヘキシルホスホネート、オクタンホスホン酸、ポリ(イソプロペニルホスホン酸)ナトリウム、エチドロン酸四ナトリウム、アミノトリ(メチレンホスホン酸)ナトリウム、ベンゼンホスホン酸、1-ヒドロキシエチリデン-1,1-ジホスホン酸、ココアミノ-ジ-メチレンホスホン酸、ジアミノテトラメチルホスホン酸、ジエチレントリアミンペンタメチレンホスホン酸ペンタナトリウム、アミノトリメチレンホスホン酸、アザシクロヘプタンジホスホン酸二ナトリウム、及び、前述の1つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択されるホスホネートを含む、請求項1に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- ニトロ基に対するホスホネートのモル比が1:1~10:1の範囲となる含有量のホスホネートを含む、請求項1又は9に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 前記ニトロ基に対する前記ホスホネートの前記モル比が、1:1~5:1の範囲である、請求項10に記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液。
- 表面を酸洗いして、表面上の金属酸化物を除去する、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液の使用方法であって、
a)請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液を前記表面と接触させる工程と、
b)前記表面をすすいで、前記表面から金属酸化物を取り除く工程と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記表面が、鋼鉄、マグネシウム、マグネシウム合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、亜鉛、亜鉛合金、銅、銅合金、及び前述の1つ以上の組み合わせからなる群から選択される金属表面である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記表面が、金属表面及び非金属表面を含む複合表面である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記表面を、前記金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液と接触させる工程が、前記表面を一定時間、前記金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液に浸漬させることにより実施される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記一定時間は1分~24時間を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液が21.1~82.2°Cの温度にて維持される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液が48.9~60°Cの温度にて維持される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物除去用酸洗い溶液が室温で維持される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が酸化鉄及び熱処理したスケールのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記金属酸化物が鉄を含み、鉄除去速度が少なくとも4μm/時である、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄除去速度が少なくとも5μm/時である、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄除去速度が少なくとも7μm/時である、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記鉄除去速度が少なくとも20μm/時である、請求項23に記載の方法。
