Abstract
Metallbehandlungsflüssigkeit mit einem pH-Wert im Bereich von 5,5 bis 8,5, enthaltend eine Kombination aus DOLLAR A a) einer oder mehreren Carbonsäuren oder Carbonsäureamiden, DOLLAR A b) einer oder mehreren Organophosphonsäuren, DOLLAR A c) einem Puffersystem für den angegebenen pH-Bereich und DOLLAR A d) einer oder mehreren Stickstoffverbindungen, ausgewählt aus organischen Aminen oder stickstoffhaltigen Heterocyklen.
Description
wäßrigen Medien in Berührung kommen.
beruht. Hierbei werden die Carbonsäuren mit Kaliumhydroxid neutralisiert. Dieses
System ist alkalisch.
Die DE-A-43 23 909 lehrt Zweikomponentenmittel zur Reinigung und/oder
Passivierung von Metalloberflächen, wobei eine Komponente die
Korrosionsschutzwirkstoffe enthält. Dabei sind die Korrosionsinhibitor-Wirkstoffe
ausgewählt aus
- 1. wenigstens einer Carbonsäure der allgemeinen Formel (I):
R-COOY (I)
Stickstoffverbindung.
Aqueous Solutions", International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry,
Butterworths (London), 1965.
Alkanolaminen. Beispiele derartiger Verbindungen sind Ethylendiamin,
Propylendiamin (insbesondere 1,2-Propylendiamin), Butylendiamin,
Diethylentriamin, Dipropylentriamin, Triethylentetraamin und Tripropylentetraamin.
Ethylendiamin ist bevorzugt. Ein weiteres Beispiel sind Guanidiniumsalze mit
geeigneten Anionen, insbesondere Guanidiniumcarbonat.
Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen hergestellt. Diese
anwendungsfertigen Metallbehandlungsflüssigkeiten stellt man üblicherweise so
Konzentration in Wasser löst bzw. dispergiert.
a) Versuchsreihen mit Phosphonsäuren/Phosphonsäurederivaten:

Lösung A, indem man 39 g Calciumchlorid-hexahydrat mit vollentsalztem Wasser
