図22は、図4のリニアソレノイドSSLTの等価回路、リニアソレノイドSSLTの駆動回路DRV、および比較例に係る2自由度制御系で設計されたリニアソレノイドSSLTの電子制御装置370の機能ブロック線図である。本比較例に係る電子制御装置370は、前述の実施例1に係る電子制御装置170の構成と略同じであるが、実施例1ではILQ設計法でフィードバックコントローラ部170a、170bが設計され構成されていたのに対し、本比較例ではフィードバックコントローラ部370が2自由度制御系で設計され構成されている点が異なる。そのため、異なる部分を中心に説明することとし、実施例1と共通する部分には同一の符号を付して説明を適宜省略する。

Claims (8)
- フィードバック制御を用いてリニアソレノイドに駆動電流を流して制御するリニアソレノイドの制御装置であって、
前記フィードバック制御は、ILQ設計法を用いて目標応答性のための極配置ゲインK、および正定行列Σを含むパラメータが決定されたパラメトライズ式(93)で示される最適制御則K e を有するフィードバック制御系が用いられ、
前記フィードバック制御系における外乱に対する出力の比を表した伝達関数のゲインの周波数特性において、前記ゲインは全周波数にわたって0[dB]未満とされている
ことを特徴とするリニアソレノイドの制御装置。

ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリニアソレノイドの制御装置。 - 前記リニアソレノイド弁は、車両用自動変速機の油圧制御回路において、変速段を成立させる油圧式摩擦係合装置を制御するために前記信号圧を供給する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のリニアソレノイドの制御装置。 - 前記リニアソレノイドは、アクチュエータに備えられ、
前記アクチュエータは、車両用エンジンのバルブの開閉タイミングを調節する可変バルブタイミング機構を制御する油圧制御回路において、前記開閉タイミングを調節する油圧を発生させるために前記フィードバック制御系に基づいて決定された前記駆動電流に応じて前記油圧制御回路から前記可変バルブタイミング機構へ信号圧を供給させる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリニアソレノイドの制御装置。 - バッテリ電圧をPWM信号でオンオフ制御した入力電圧で前記リニアソレノイドの前記駆動電流を制御する場合において、前記駆動電流が流れる電気回路が抵抗とインダクタンスとの直列回路で近似され、前記直列回路に流れる前記駆動電流の瞬時電流についての回路方程式が立式され、前記駆動電流を制御するときの制御量についての式が立式され、前記制御量に関する式が漸化式として導出され、前記制御量に関する式は前記漸化式が解かれて近似式で線形化され、前記線形化された前記制御量に関する式が用いられて前記フィードバック制御の伝達関数が導出され、前記伝達関数を用いて前記制御量を決定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1に記載のリニアソレノイドの制御装置。 - バッテリ電圧をPWM信号でオンオフ制御した入力電圧で前記リニアソレノイドの前記駆動電流を制御する場合において、前記PWM信号の駆動周期がτ[s]、前記駆動周期におけるオン制御されるオン時間がτ1[s]およびオフ制御されるオフ時間がτ2[s]、前記バッテリ電圧がPb[V]であって、収束状態における前記駆動電流の平均電流がIavec[A]、収束状態における前記駆動電流の最低瞬時電流がIminc[A]のとき、式(98)を用いて前記駆動電流が流れる電気回路の抵抗Rz[Ω]を算出し、式(99)を用いて前記電気回路のインダクタンスL[H]を算出し、
算出した前記抵抗Rzおよび前記インダクタンスLに応じて前記パラメータを補正する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1に記載のリニアソレノイドの制御装置。
