Description
最初に本開示の実施形態を列記して説明する。
[1]本開示の一態様のバスバーは、板状の金属材が折り曲げられて形成されたバスバーであって、前記バスバーと電気的接続を図る被接続部材を配置するための板状の本体部と、前記本体部の幅方向側部に設けられた立設部とを備え、前記本体部は、ボルトの軸部が挿通される貫通孔を有し、前記立設部は、前記ボルトの頭部が回転方向において当接可能な内側面を有する。
上記バスバーが用いられることで、ボルトとナットとの共回りを抑制することができるワイヤハーネスの提供が可能となる。
本開示のバスバー、及びワイヤハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。また、図面では、説明の便宜上、構成の一部を誇張又は簡略化して示す場合がある。また、各部分の寸法比率についても、実際と異なる場合がある。
(1)ボルト4の軸部5に対するナット7の締結時にボルト4の頭部6がナット7と共回りしようとするが、ボルト4の頭部6が回転方向においてバスバー10の立設部14、15の内側面14a、15aに当接することでボルト4のそれ以上の回転が規制される。これにより、ボルト4とナット7との共回りを抑制することができる。また、ボルト4を回転規制する立設部14、15は金属製のバスバー10の一部で形成されて剛性も高いため、樹脂製の部材で回転規制を図る態様よりも、より確実にボルト4の回転規制を行うことができる。
ボルト4の頭部6の側面6a、6bは、平坦側面であってよい。立設部14、15の内側面14a、15aは、ボルト4の頭部6の平坦側面と面接触する平坦面であってよく、当接面またはストッパ面と呼称することがある。立設部14、15は、ボルト回転ストッパ板と呼称することがある。
・立設部14、15を本体部13の幅方向両側に配置し内側面14a、15aを互いに平行な面としたが、これに代えて、本体部13の幅方向片側に一方側の立設部と長さ方向一端側に他方側の立設部を設け、各内側面が互いに交差(直交)する面としてもよい。貫通孔12の周囲において、頭部6が2箇所以上の立設部に当接されると良い。
・上記実施形態では、ワイヤハーネスWは、インバータM1と高圧バッテリM2とを電気的に接続していたが、これに限定されない。ワイヤハーネスWは、車両Vに搭載された複数の電気機器を電気的に接続していればよく、例えば、ワイヤハーネスWは、低圧バッテリとリレーボックスとを電気的に接続してもよい。

Claims (4)
- 板状の金属材が折り曲げられて形成されたバスバーであって、
前記バスバーと電気的接続を図る被接続部材を配置するための板状の本体部と、
前記本体部の幅方向側部に設けられた立設部と、を備え、
前記本体部は、ボルトの軸部が挿通される貫通孔を有し、
前記立設部は、前記ボルトの頭部が回転方向において当接可能な内側面を有し、
前記立設部は、第1及び第2立設部を有し、
前記第1及び第2立設部は、前記ボルトの前記頭部が回転方向において当接可能な第1及び第2内側面をそれぞれ有し、
前記第1及び第2立設部は、前記貫通孔を挟んで対向し、前記本体部の側方視で前記本体部の長さ方向において前記第1及び第2立設部の少なくとも一部が重なり合うように配置されており、
前記本体部は、前記第1立設部に隣接する第1切り欠きと、前記第2立設部に隣接する第2切り欠きとを有し、
前記第1切り欠きと前記第2切り欠きとは、前記本体部の側方視で前記長さ方向において重なり合わないように該長さ方向の異なる位置に設けられているバスバー。 - 請求項1に記載のバスバーであって、
前記本体部は、前記立設部に隣接する凹部を有するバスバー。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のバスバーであって、
前記ボルトの前記頭部は、四角柱状をなすものであり、
前記第1及び第2内側面は、四角柱状の前記頭部のうち、対角に位置する2つの角部が共に当接可能に設定されているバスバー。 - 第1電線と、第2電線と、請求項1から請求項3の何れか1項に記載のバスバーとを備え、
前記第1電線は、前記バスバーを介して前記第2電線と電気的に接続されているワイヤハーネス。
