Description
回路基板と電気部品との間における電気信号の授受を中継する電気接続用ソケットであって、
自身の上面と下面との間を連通する連通孔を有し、前記上面側に前記電気部品が装着され、且つ前記下面側に前記回路基板が配設される金属筐体と、
前記連通孔の内壁面との間で同軸線路を構成するように前記連通孔内に挿通され、一端が前記回路基板の信号路用のパッド電極と電気接続し、他端が前記電気部品の信号路用の端子と電気接続するシグナルピンと、
を備え、
前記金属筐体は、自身の前記下面と前記回路基板の上面との間にエアギャップが形成されるように、前記回路基板上に配設される
電気接続用ソケットである。
以下、図1~図5を参照して、一実施形態に係る電気接続用ソケットの構成の一例について説明する。
本実施形態に係る電気接続用ソケット1は、金属筐体10の下面と回路基板Pの上面の間にエアギャップ(図5を参照)が形成されるように、金属筐体10の下面から下方に向かって突出する複数の突起部10tを有している。つまり、本実施形態に係る電気接続用ソケット1は、当該エアギャップを利用して、回路基板P上に形成された信号路と金属筐体10と間におけるクロストークを低減する。
次に、本実施形態に係る電気接続用ソケット1の使用態様について、説明する。
以上のように、本実施形態に係る電気接続用ソケット1は、金属筐体10の下面と回路基板Pの上面との間にエアギャップが形成されるように、金属筐体10が回路基板P上に配設される。従って、本実施形態に係る電気接続用ソケット1によれば、金属筐体10と回路基板Pとの間におけるクロストークを抑制することができる。これによって、金属筐体10のグラウンド電位の不安定化を抑制し、信号伝達時の信号劣化を抑制することが可能である。
本発明は、上記実施形態に限らず、種々に変形態様が考えられる。

Claims (8)
- 回路基板と電気部品との間における電気信号の授受を中継する電気接続用ソケットであって、
自身の上面と下面との間を連通する第1連通孔及び複数の第2連通孔を有し、前記上面側に前記電気部品が装着され、且つ前記下面側に前記回路基板が配設される金属筐体と、
前記第1連通孔の内壁面との間で同軸線路を構成するように前記第1連通孔内に挿通され、一端が前記回路基板の信号路用のパッド電極と電気接続し、他端が前記電気部品の信号路用の端子と電気接続するシグナルピンと、
前記複数の第2連通孔内それぞれに挿通され、一端が前記回路基板上に形成されたグラウンド用の第2パッド電極と電気接続し、他端が前記電気部品のグラウンド用の第2端子と電気接続する複数のグラウンドピンと、
を備え、
前記金属筐体は、前記下面に下方に向かって突出する複数の突起部を有し、
前記複数の突起部は、それぞれ、前記回路基板上に形成された各別の前記第2パッド電極と接触して前記金属筐体を接地し、
前記複数の突起部は、前記金属筐体の前記下面と前記回路基板の上面の間の領域に、エアギャップが形成されるように、前記金属筐体の前記下面の前記複数の第2連通孔それぞれの周囲に別個に配設されている、
電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記複数の突起部は、前記エアギャップの高さが0.1mm以上となるように、前記金属筐体の前記下面から下方に向かって突出する
請求項1に記載の電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記金属筐体の前記下面と前記回路基板の上面とが対向する領域のうち95%以上が前記エアギャップ領域である
請求項1に記載の電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記複数の突起部は、少なくとも前記金属筐体の前記下面の四隅の領域に配設されている
請求項1に記載の電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記複数の突起部は、それぞれ、前記金属筐体の前記下面において、前記複数の第2連通孔の縁部を各別に囲繞する形状を呈する
請求項1に記載の電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記シグナルピンは、自身の外周面と前記第1連通孔の内壁面との間が離間するように、前記第1連通孔内に挿通されている
請求項1に記載の電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記シグナルピンは、前記第1連通孔内に固定されたピンバレルと、当該ピンバレルの上端部及び下端部それぞれにおいて当該ピンバレルに対して上下方向に摺動可能に、当該ピンバレルに連結された第1及び第2プランジャと、を含んで構成される
請求項1に記載の電気接続用ソケット。 - 前記電気部品は、ICパッケージである
