Description
炉のエンクロージャの雰囲気中に含有される微量の酸素、
炉の湿度および
焼結用具(プリフォームを支持しているプレートまたは炉自体等)中に存在する酸素
のうちのものであることが確認されている。
金属射出成型(MIM)法によって成形された、航空機タービンエンジン用のタービン翼の粉末プリフォームの焼結が実施される。使用された粉末は、TiAl-48-2-2型のチタン系合金を含む。
Claims (7)
- チタン系合金を含む粉末部品プリフォーム(3)を熱処理するための方法にして、炉(1)内において所定温度でプリフォームを熱処理することを含み、プリフォームが、熱処理中にホルダー(6)上にある、方法であって、ホルダー(6)が、95重量%以上のジルコニウム含量を有するジルコニウム系合金を含み、ホルダー材料が、熱処理の所定温度より高い溶融温度を有し、拡散防止バリア(7)が、ホルダーへのプリフォームの溶接を防止するためにプリフォーム(3)とホルダー(6)との間に配設されていることを特徴とする、方法。
- ホルダー(6)が、Zircaloy-2、Zircaloy-4の中から選択されるジルコニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダーが、0.1mmから20mmの間の厚さ(e)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 拡散防止バリア(7)が、アルミナまたは酸化イットリウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダー(6)が、ストリッピングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プリフォーム(3)の熱処理が、プリフォームの焼結であり、熱処理の所定温度が、焼結工程の温度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダーが、炉(1)内で位置決めされる前に、ストリッピングされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
