Description
炉のエンクロージャの雰囲気中に含有される微量の酸素、
炉の湿度および
焼結用具(プリフォームを支持しているプレートまたは炉自体等)中に存在する酸素
のうちのものであることが確認されている。
金属射出成型(MIM)法によって成形された、航空機タービンエンジン用のタービン翼の粉末プリフォームの焼結が実施される。使用された粉末は、TiAl−48−2−2型のチタン系合金を含む。
Claims (9)
- チタン系合金を含む粉末部品プリフォーム(3)を熱処理するための方法にして、炉(1)内において所定温度でプリフォームを熱処理することを含み、プリフォームが、熱処理中にホルダー(6)上にある、方法であって、ホルダー(6)が、45重量%以上のチタン含量を有するチタン系合金または95重量%以上のジルコニウム含量を有するジルコニウム系合金で出来ており、ホルダー材料が、熱処理の所定温度より高い溶融温度を有し、拡散防止バリア(7)が、ホルダーへのプリフォームの溶接を防止するためにプリフォーム(3)とホルダー(6)との間に配設されており、
ホルダー(6)がホルダープレートの形態になっており、
前記ホルダーがセラミック材料のトレイ(5)に載せられており、
ホルダーが、炉(1)内で位置決めされる前に、ストリッピングされることを特徴とする、方法。 - ホルダー(6)が、90重量%以上のチタン含量を有するチタン系合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダー(6)が、99重量%以上のチタン含量を有するチタン系合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダー(6)が、T40、T60、TiAl6V4、TiAl−48−2−2の中から選択されるチタン系合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダー(6)が、Zircaloy−2、Zircaloy−4の中から選択されるジルコニウム合金を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダーが、0.1mmから20mmの間の厚さ(e)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 拡散防止バリア(7)が、アルミナまたは酸化イットリウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ホルダー(6)が、ストリッピングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- プリフォーム(3)の熱処理が、プリフォームの焼結であり、熱処理の所定温度が、焼結工程の温度であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
