Description
i)バナジウム前駆体、H3PO4、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた化合物(化合物A1)及びポリサッカリド化合物(化合物A2)から選択される化合物Aを水性溶媒中で混合する工程であって、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた化合物(化合物A1)が、炭素前駆体と異なる場合、混合物はさらに、炭素前駆体化合物(化合物B)を含むことが理解される、工程、
ii)工程i)の混合物を、約35℃~100℃の温度に加熱して、固体残留物を形成する工程、並びに
iii)固体残留物を、約850℃超の温度に加熱する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする。

本発明に従う方法による式VPO4/Cの複合材料1の作製
4.04gの酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、5.12gのリン酸(H3PO4)、4.2gのシュウ酸、及び0.9gのエチレングリコールを、ビーカー中、20mLの蒸留水と混合した。
本発明に従う方法による式VPO4/Cの複合材料2の作製
4.04gの酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、5.12gのリン酸(H3PO4)、及び5.6gのクエン酸を、ビーカー中、20mLの蒸留水と混合した。
本発明に従わない方法による材料Aの作製
4.04gの酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、5.12gのリン酸(H3PO4)、4.2gのシュウ酸、及び0.9gのエチレングリコールを、ビーカー中、20mLの蒸留水と混合した。
本発明に従う方法によって得た式VPO4/Cの複合材料の、電極電気化学的活物質を作製するための前駆体としての使用
4.1 Na3V2(PO4)2F3/Cの作製
例1で得た式VPO4/Cの複合材料の4gを、ボールを備えたTurbula型スペースミキサーを用いて、1.22gのNaFと12時間にわたって混合した。次に、得られた混合物を、石英管中、アルゴン雰囲気下で1時間にわたって700℃に加熱した。次に、水を用いてこの管を室温まで冷却した。
- 正極として、活物質(すなわち、複合材料3又はB)を含む電極フィルム、
- 負極として、ナトリウムシート、
- 正極と負極との間に挿入されるセパレータとして、Whatman GF/Dカテゴリー1823070ガラス繊維、及び
- エチレンカーボネート/炭酸ジメチルの混合物(質量比1/1)中に溶解されたナトリウム塩NaPF6(約1mol/L)、及び3質量%の炭酸フルオロエチレンを含む溶液の液体電解質。
例1で得た式VPO4の4gを、ボールを備えたTurbula型スペースミキサーを用いて、1.59gのNa3PO4と12時間にわたって混合した。次に、得られた混合物を、石英管中、アルゴン雰囲気下で1時間にわたって810℃に加熱した。
- 正極として、活物質(すなわち、複合材料4又はC)を含む電極フィルム、
- 負極として、ナトリウムシート、
- 正極と負極との間に挿入されるセパレータとして、Whatman GF/Dカテゴリー1823070ガラス繊維、及び
- エチレンカーボネート/炭酸ジメチルの混合物(質量比1/1)中に溶解されたナトリウム塩NaPF6(約1mol/L)、及び3質量%の炭酸フルオロエチレンを含む溶液の液体電解質。
例1で得た式VPO4の4gを、ボールを備えたTurbula型スペースミキサーを用いて、0.68gのLiFと12時間にわたって混合した。次に、得られた混合物を、石英管中、アルゴン雰囲気下で1時間にわたって700℃に加熱した。
- 正極として、活物質(すなわち、複合材料5又はC)を含む電極フィルム、
- 負極として、リチウムシート、
- 正極と負極との間に挿入されるセパレータとして、Whatman GF/Dカテゴリー1823070ガラス繊維、及び
- エチレンカーボネート/炭酸ジメチルの混合物(質量比1/1)中に溶解されたLiPF6ナトリウム塩(約1mol/L)、及び3質量%の炭酸フルオロエチレンを含む溶液の液体電解質。
本発明に従う式VPO4/Cの複合材料6の作製
本発明に従った、ビーカー中の、50mLの蒸留水との、4.04gの酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、5.12gのリン酸(Na3PO4)、及び2gのカンテン。
本発明に従う方法による式VPO4/Cの複合材料7の作製
4.04gの酸化バナジウム(V2O5)、5.12gのリン酸(H3PO4)、5.4gのクエン酸、及び0.8gのカンテンを、ビーカー中、30mLの蒸留水と混合した。
Claims (16)
- 式VPO4/Cに相当するリン酸バナジウム-炭素複合材料を作製するための方法であって、前記方法は、以下の工程:
i)バナジウム前駆体、H3PO4、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた化合物及びポリサッカリド化合物から選択される化合物Aを水性溶媒中で混合する工程であって、少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた前記化合物が炭素前駆体と異なる場合、前記混合物はさらに炭素前駆体化合物を含むことが理解される、工程、
ii)工程i)の混合物を、35℃~100℃の温度に加熱して、固体残留物を形成する工程、並びに
iii)前記固体残留物を、850℃超の温度に加熱する工程、
を含み、前記工程i)の前記混合物が、バインダーを更に含む、
ことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記バナジウム前駆体が、V2O5であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた前記化合物が、2~10個の炭素原子を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた前記化合物が、シュウ酸、クエン酸、グリコール酸、乳酸、酒石酸、リンゴ酸、コハク酸、グリコール酸、マロン酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、イソクエン酸、オキサロコハク酸、及びトリカルバリル酸から選択される飽和カルボン酸又はポリカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- モル比(少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた化合物/前記バナジウム前駆体中のバナジウム元素)が、1~2まで変動することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記炭素前駆体化合物が、エチレングリコール及びグリセロールから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- モル比(炭素前駆体化合物/前記バナジウム前駆体中のバナジウム元素)が、0.05~2まで変動することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリサッカリド化合物が、カンテンであることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程i)の前記混合物が:
- クエン酸、
- 又はシュウ酸、及びエチレングリコール若しくはグリセロール、
- 又はカンテン、
のいずれかを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも1つのカルボン酸官能基を備えた前記化合物が用いられる場合、前記バインダーが、カンテンであることを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程iii)が、最大で8時間継続することを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程iii)が、880℃~900℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記リン酸バナジウム-炭素複合材料が、アモルファス炭素層で覆われたVPO4の粒子を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のリン酸バナジウム-炭素複合材料の製造方法。
- 電極電気化学的活物質の作製のための前駆体としての、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って得られるリン酸バナジウム-炭素複合材料の使用。
- アノード活物質としての、請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って得られるリン酸バナジウム-炭素複合材料の使用。
- 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載の方法に従って式VPO 4 /Cのリン酸バナジウムと炭素との複合材料を製造することを含む、Amam結晶系における以下の格子定数:a=9.0294(2)Å、b=9.0445(2)Å、c=10.7528(2)Åを有することを特徴とする、式Na3V2(PO4)2F3/Cの複合材料の製造方法。
