先ず、本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。

図7は、第2実施形態の管状体を製造する際に、撚線をスウェージングマシンに設定した初期状態を示す横断面図であり、図8は、第2実施形態の管状体を製造する際の中間状態を示す横断面図であり、図9は、第2実施形態の管状体を製造する際の最終状態を示す横断面図である。

Claims (4)
- 複数の第1の素線と、複数の第2の素線とを交互に中空状に撚って構成された管状体において、
前記第1の素線は、横断面略円形であって、
前記第2の素線は、複数の第3の素線を撚って構成され、
前記複数の第3の素線は、前記第2の素線が隣接する前記第1の素線との当接部に凹部を有し、横断面放射方向に凸状の扇台形状を呈するように変形していることを特徴とする管状体。 - 前記第3の素線は、前記第1の素線及び前記第2の素線を交互に中空状に撚った状態における内面が縦断面視平坦となるように変形していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管状体。
- 前記第2の素線を構成する前記第3の素線の材料は、前記第1の素線よりも柔らかい材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の管状体。
- 前記第1の素線は、複数の第4の素線を撚って構成されており、前記第3の素線の横断面が変形している状態において、前記第4の素線は、横断面略円形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3の何れかに記載の管状体。
