Description
(1)衝突エネルギ吸収ゾーン20に配置する燃料タンク32の容量をできるだけ大きく
し、車両の航続距離の拡大を図る。
(2)衝突エネルギ吸収ゾーン20に燃料タンク32を配置するので、衝突エネルギ吸収
ゾーンの耐衝撃性を向上できるようにフロアパネル30の剛性を向上させ、サイド
メンバ26,28に対するフロアパネル30の支持剛性を向上させる。
(3)燃料タンク32を配置するため狭くなると考えられるデッキボード下のスペースを
できる限り広くし、パンク修理キット、オーディオアンプ等の収納を確保する。
(4)実績のある車両後部構造をベースとして用いるために、下方側の縁石限界高さ、上
方側のデッキボード高さ、サイドメンバ26,28の形状と配置は変更しない。
(5)上記(1)~(4)を満たすフロアパネル30の生産性とコストを優れたものにす
る。
Claims (4)
- 燃料電池自動車の後方側において車両前後方向に延出し、延出方向に垂直な断面が上凸で下方側開口、及び前記下方側開口の両側のフランジ部を有するハット型形状を有する左右一対のサイドメンバと、
一対の前記サイドメンバの間に軸方向を車両幅方向として配置され、燃料電池に供給するガスを貯蔵する燃料タンクと、
前記燃料タンクの上方を覆い、且つ、前記サイドメンバの前記フランジ部の高さ位置よりも高い上方側の天井部を有する前側フロアパネル、及び、
前記サイドメンバの前記フランジ部の高さ位置よりも低い下方側の底面部と前記底面部の左右両側から上方側に立ち上がる左右の後立壁部と左右の前記後立壁部の上端で左右に折れ曲がり一対の前記サイドメンバのそれぞれの車両内側の前記フランジ部の上面側と接合されている左右の後側平坦部とを有し、前記前側フロアパネルの後方側に配置された後側フロアパネルを含むフロアパネルと、
を備え、
前記フロアパネルは、
前記前側フロアパネルの前記天井部に対応する前側部分、及び、前記後側フロアパネルに対応する後側部分が一体成形されている本体部と、
左右一対の前記サイドメンバのそれぞれの車両内側の前記フランジ部の上面側と接合されている左右の前側平坦部、及び、左右の前記前側平坦部からそれぞれ前記前側フロアパネルの前記天井部に向かって上方側に立ち上がる左右の前立壁部を有する左右の前側壁部材と、
を有し、
前記前側部分は、左右両端部にそれぞれ左右の前記前側壁部材が溶接接合されている、
車両後部構造。 - 前記前側フロアパネルは、
前記天井部の左右両側から下方側に立ち下がる左右の前立壁部と、
左右の前記前立壁部の下端でそれぞれ左右に折れ曲がり一対の前記サイドメンバのそれぞれの車両内側の前記フランジ部の上面側と接合されている左右の前側平坦部と、
を有する、請求項1に記載の車両後部構造。 - 前記フロアパネルは、
前記前側フロアパネルの後端部と前記後側フロアパネルの前端部とが溶接接合されている、請求項2に記載の車両後部構造。 - 前記燃料タンクは、
車両の後輪前方に位置するキャビンゾーンよりも車両後方側の衝突エネルギ吸収ゾーンに配置されている、請求項1に記載の車両後部構造。
