Description
Claims (8)
- 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールであって、
複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を電気接続する複数の相互接続と、
前記複数の太陽電池を封入する封入材と、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部上のバックシートと、を備え、
前記バックシートは、透明なシートと、前記透明なシートと前記複数の太陽電池との間であって前記透明なシート上に配置される反射部分とを有し、
前記配置された反射部分がない前記透明なシートの部分は、前記バックシートの透明部分を形成し、
前記複数の太陽電池はアレイ状に配置され、連続的な前記反射部分は、前記複数の太陽電池間の相互接続がない前記アレイの1つの次元の間の空間のみをカバーし、
前記相互接続の太陽側に向かって配置される反射性相互接続シールドを有する、両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記反射部分は前記バックシート上に印刷される、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- さらに前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部上に設けられる透明なトップカバーを有する、請求項1または2に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明なトップカバー、前記封入材、及び前記バックシートに機械的な支持を提供するフレームを更に備える、請求項3に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記複数の太陽電池が、複数の裏面コンタクト型太陽電池を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分は顔料を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記顔料は白色顔料を含む、請求項6に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記顔料は酸化チタン、硫酸バリウムまたはそれらの混合物を含む、請求項6または7に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
