Claims (12)
- 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールであって、
複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を封入する封入材と、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部上の透明なトップカバーと、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部上のバックシートであって、前記バックシートは複数の透明部分を有し、前記複数の透明部分は、前記後部から見たときに前記複数の太陽電池の裏面を露出し、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前記後部から入射する光が前記複数の透明部分を通じて入ることを可能にし、前記バックシートは、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前記前部から入射する光を反射する一体型の反射部分を有する、バックシートと、を備え、
前記複数の太陽電池に接続され、太陽側に向かって反射性相互接続シールドが配置される相互接続が前記封入材にて封止される、両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。 - 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールであって、
複数の太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池を封入する封入材と、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部上の透明なトップカバーと、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部上のバックシートであって、前記バックシートは複数の透明部分を有し、前記複数の透明部分は、前記後部から見たときに前記複数の太陽電池の裏面を露出し、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前記後部から入射する光が前記複数の透明部分を通じて入ることを可能にし、前記バックシートは、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前記前部から入射する光を反射する一体型の反射部分を有する、バックシートと、を備え、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールが、
複数の裏面コンタクト型太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池と接触する相互接続と、
前記相互接続の太陽側に向かって配置される反射性相互接続シールドと、
を有する、両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の太陽電池が、複数の裏面コンタクト型太陽電池を含む、請求項1に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、2つの隣接した太陽電池の間の空間を1つの次元に沿ってのみカバーする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記透明なトップカバー、前記封入材、及び前記バックシートに機械的な支持を提供するフレームを更に備える、請求項1または2に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、2つの隣接した太陽電池の間の空間を2つの次元に沿ってカバーする、請求項1または2に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、前記フレームと隣接した太陽電池との間の空間を2つの次元に沿ってカバーする、請求項5に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一体型の反射部分が、前記バックシート上に白色顔料を含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一体型の反射部分が、光の散乱のためのテクスチャを有する反射材を含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記反射部分が、4つの隣接した太陽電池によって形成された菱形の区域をカバーする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の両面受光型太陽電池モジュール。
- 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの作製方法であって、
複数の太陽電池を複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素と複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素との間に配置する工程において、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、光が透過して前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部から前記複数の太陽電池に到達することが可能な透明部分を含み、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部から入射する光を反射する反射部分を含む、工程と、
前記複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素を形成する工程において、前記複数の太陽電池と前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素とが一緒になって保護パッケージを生成する工程と、
前記保護パッケージをフレーム上に装着する工程と、を含み、
前記複数の太陽電池に接続され、太陽側に向かって反射性相互接続シールドが配置される相互接続が封入材にて封止される、作製方法。 - 両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの作製方法であって、
複数の太陽電池を複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素と複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素との間に配置する工程において、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、光が透過して前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの後部から前記複数の太陽電池に到達することが可能な透明部分を含み、前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素は、前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールの前部から入射する光を反射する反射部分を含む、工程と、
前記複数の前面パッケージ化構成要素を形成する工程において、前記複数の太陽電池と前記複数の裏面パッケージ化構成要素とが一緒になって保護パッケージを生成する工程と、
前記保護パッケージをフレーム上に装着する工程と、を含み、
前記両面受光型太陽電池モジュールが、
複数の裏面コンタクト型太陽電池と、
前記複数の太陽電池と接触する相互接続と、
前記相互接続の太陽側に向かって配置される反射性相互接続シールドと、
を有する、作製方法。
