Description
80部のポリオールVIII、20部の80/20TDI、及び0.05部の第四級アンモニウムイソシアネート三量化触媒を組み合わせて、45℃で数時間撹拌する。結果として生じたプレポリマーのイソシアネート含有量は3.6%である。85部の結果として生じたプレポリマーを、次いで、15部のポリオールIXと組み合わせて、その混合物をイソシアネート含有量が0.1重量%未満まで低減されるまで反応させる。結果として生じた生成物は、プレポリマーAである。
実施例5及び6
プレポリマーCを、50重量部のポリオールVIIと50部の80/20TDIとを組み合わせて、その混合物を、密封容器中で、室温で数時間撹拌することによって作製する。モノオール及び80/20TDIの量に基づいた理論上のイソシアネート含有量(ビウレット、尿素、アロフォネート、またはイソシアヌレート形成を考慮せず)は、23.6%である。生成物の測定されたイソシアネート含有量は16%であり、これはイソシアヌレート(おそらくはビウレット、尿素、及び/またはアロフォネート)形成が、ポリオールVII中の酢酸カリウムの存在によって生じていることを示す。
プレポリマーEを、80重量部のポリオールVIII、0.05部のイソシアネート三量化触媒、及び20部の80/20TDIを組み合わせて、その混合物を密封容器中で、イソシアネート含有量が2.4%まで減少するまで50℃で撹拌することによって作製する。
実施例9を、室温での撹拌下で、79部のポリオールIII、2部のポリオールVIII、0.05部の第四級アンモニウムイソシアネート三量化触媒、及び11.7部のTDI80/20のブレンドを4分間事前に反応させることによって行う。次いで、9部のポリオールIX及び0.1部のカルボン酸亜鉛を添加して、その反応物質を5分間撹拌する。粒径及び粘度測定を、前述のように行う。結果を、表4に報告する。
Claims (14)
- 液体ベースポリオール中のポリウレタン−イソシアヌレート粒子の揺変性分散体であって、
前記ポリウレタン−イソシアヌレート粒子が、イソシアヌレート三量化触媒、イソシアヌレート基及びイソシアネートまたはイソシアネート反応性基を有するプレポリマー、ならびにベースポリエーテルポリオールの存在下での、最大80のヒドロキシル当量及び1分子当たり2〜6個のヒドロキシル基を有する低当量ポリオールと、最大300のイソシアネート当量を有する1つ以上のポリイソシアネート化合物との反応生成物を含み、前記プレポリマーは下記構造で表されるか、
- 前記液体ベースポリオールが、少なくとも200のヒドロキシル当量、及び1分子当たり少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル基の平均公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有する、請求項1に記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 前記低当量ポリオールが、アミノアルコールを含む、請求項1または2に記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 前記低当量ポリオールが、トリエタノールアミンまたは75〜99.9%のトリエタノールアミンを含有する混合物である、請求項3に記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 前記ポリイソシアネート化合物が、トルエンジイソシアネートまたはMDIを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 前記ポリウレタン−イソシアヌレート粒子が、前記分散体の重量の5〜35パーセントを構成する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 前記ポリウレタン−イソシアヌレート粒子が、20nm〜1μmのサイズを有する少なくとも1つの画分を有する多峰性である、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 20℃で少なくとも100Pa・sの最小せん断時の粘度を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の前記揺変性分散体。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の前記揺変性分散体を作製する方法であって、前記イソシアヌレート三量化触媒、前記プレポリマー、及び前記ベースポリエーテルポリオールの存在下で、前記低当量ポリオールを前記1つ以上のポリイソシアネート化合物と反応させて、前記液体ベースポリオール中に分散された前記ポリウレタン−イソシアヌレート粒子を形成することを含む、前記方法。
- 前記低当量ポリオール、前記1つ以上のポリイソシアネート化合物、前記イソシアヌレート三量化触媒、前記プレポリマー、及び前記ベースポリエーテルポリオールの撹拌された混合物を形成し、前記ベースポリエーテルポリオール、前記プレポリマー、及び前記イソシアヌレート三量化触媒の存在下で、前記低当量ポリオールを前記1つ以上のポリイソシアネート化合物と反応させて、前記液体ベースポリオール中に分散された前記ポリウレタン−イソシアヌレート粒子を形成することによって実施される、請求項9に記載の前記方法。
- 前記ベースポリエーテルポリオールが少なくとも200のヒドロキシル当量を有する、請求項9または10に記載の前記方法。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の前記揺変性分散体と、ヒドロキシル基と反応する少なくとも1つの硬化剤とを含む、硬化性樹脂組成物。
- 配合コーティング、配合シーラント、または配合接着剤である、請求項13に記載の前記硬化性樹脂組成物。
