走行用の電動機と、前記電動機を駆動するインバータと、前記電動機と前記インバータを介して電力のやりとりを行なう蓄電装置と、を備える電動車両に搭載され、変調率によりパルス幅変調制御と矩形波制御とを切り替えて前記インバータのスイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する電動車両の制御装置であって、
前記矩形波制御により前記スイッチング制御する際に、前記電動機の回転数が第1共振領域より小さい第1所定回転数以上のときには前記第1共振領域におけるLC共振を抑制するスイッチングパターンの第1スイッチングモードを用いて前記スイッチング制御を行ない、前記電動機の回転数が前記第1所定回転数未満のときには前記第1所定回転数より小さい第2共振領域におけるLC共振を抑制するスイッチングパターンの第2スイッチングモードを用いて前記スイッチング制御を行なう、
ことを特徴とする。

- 走行用の電動機と、前記電動機を駆動するインバータと、前記電動機と前記インバータを介して電力のやりとりを行なう蓄電装置と、を備える電動車両に搭載され、変調率によりパルス幅変調制御と矩形波制御とを切り替えて前記インバータのスイッチング素子をスイッチング制御する電動車両の制御装置であって、
前記矩形波制御により前記スイッチング制御する際に、前記電動機の回転数が第1共振領域より小さい第1所定回転数以上のときには前記第1共振領域におけるLC共振を抑制するスイッチングパターンの第1スイッチングモードを用いて前記スイッチング制御を行ない、前記電動機の回転数が前記第1所定回転数未満のときには前記第1所定回転数より小さい第2共振領域におけるLC共振を抑制するスイッチングパターンの第2スイッチングモードを用いて前記スイッチング制御を行なう、
ことを特徴とする電動車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動車両の制御装置であって、
前記第1スイッチングモードは、1周期のうちの前半周期と後半周期に1つ以上のパルスを有すると共に同数の電圧極性が一時的に反転する期間を有し、1周期に3以上のパルス数を有するスイッチングパターンのモードであり、
前記第2スイッチングモードは、前記第1スイッチングモードより多いパルス数を有するスイッチングパターンのモードである、
電動車両の制御装置。 - 請求項2記載の電動車両の制御装置であって、
前記第2スイッチングモードは、前記電動機の運転状態に応じて所定次数の高周波成分を除去する所定周期のパルス数およびスイッチング電気角が設定されると共に半波対称性と奇対称性とを備えるスイッチングパターンである、
電動車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の電動車両の制御装置であって、
前記電動機の回転数が前記第1共振領域の上限回転数以上の第2所定回転数以上のときには、1周期に1個のパルス数のスイッチングパターンの矩形波モードにより前記スイッチング制御を行なう、
電動車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1ないし3のうちのいずれか1つの請求項に記載の電動車両の制御装置であって、
前記矩形波制御により前記スイッチング制御する際に、前記電動機の回転数が前記第1共振領域内のときに前記第1スイッチングモードにより前記スイッチング制御を行ない、前記電動機の回転数が前記第2共振領域内のときに前記第2スイッチングモードにより前記スイッチング制御を行ない、前記電動機の回転数が前記第1共振領域外であり且つ前記第2共振領域外であるときには1周期に1個のパルス数のスイッチングパターンの矩形波モードにより前記スイッチング制御を行なう、
