Claims (6)
- 一定の圧力を有する流体が移動するパイプを水密または気密を保持し接続する配管カプラにおいて、
長さ方向に沿って中空が設けられ、前記中空の前方に前記パイプが挿入され、前記パイプと連通するカプラ本体と;
前記カプラ本体の中空に備えられ、内部に前記パイプの挿入は可能であるものの、挿入されたパイプは離脱しないように前記パイプを固定するグリップリングと;
前記カプラ本体の中空に備えられ、弾性を有する素材でできており、内部に前記パイプが挿入される場合に前記カプラ本体と前記パイプとの間の隙間を密閉するパッキン部材と;を含み、
前記パッキン部材は、内部に挿入されるパイプの先端部が包まれてカバーされるように下端部の内側面に内方に突出したパイプ係止部が設けられ、
前記パッキン部材が、前記パイプ係止部が設けられ且つ内側面が前記パイプに接触する第1パッキン部材と、内側面が前記第1パッキン部材の外側面に接触し且つ外側面が前記カプラ本体に接触する第2パッキン部材との組み合わせからなり、
前記カプラ本体の中空に備えられ、中央に流体が通過できる流体通過ホールが設けられ、前記第2パッキン部材が後方に移動しないように前記第2パッキン部材の後端部を支持するパッキン支持具;をさらに含み、
前記パイプが外力によって前記第1パッキン部材の内部に挿入されながら前記パイプ係止部に係止されて前記第1パッキン部材が前記パイプと一緒に後方に移動する場合、前記第1パッキン部材は縮管されて内側面が前記パイプに圧着され、前記第2パッキン部材は拡管されて外側面が前記カプラ本体に圧着されるように、前記第1パッキン部材及び前記第2パッキン部材は、相互接触する面に、それぞれ相互対応するように傾斜した第1傾斜カム面及び第2傾斜カム面が形成されたことを特徴とする、パイプカバー機能を有する配管カプラ。 - 前記パッキン支持具は、前記カプラ本体内の流体圧力によって前記第2パッキン部材が前方に移動できるように、前記第2パッキン部材が支持される面に、前記流体通過ホールと連通する複数の流体流入ホールが設けられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイプカバー機能を有する配管カプラ。
- 前記第2パッキン部材は、前記パッキン支持具に支持される後端部に流体が流入できるように流体加圧溝が凹設されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパイプカバー機能を有する配管カプラ。
- 前記第1パッキン部材は、縮管される場合にも下端部の一部区間は初期内径が維持されるように、下端部の内側面に中空円筒状のパッキン内径維持リングが締結されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイプカバー機能を有する配管カプラ。
- 前記グリップリングが、中央に前記パイプが通過するリング状の環部と、前記パイプの挿入は可能であるものの、前方への離脱は防止されるように、前記環部に後方に行くほど内径が小さくなる方向に傾くように配置された複数の放射片とから構成され、
前記カプラ本体の中空に設けられ、前記グリップリングの前方に位置して前記グリップリングの環部を支持する環支持部と、前記グリップリングの放射片が前方に折れることを防止するように、前記環支持部から前記グリップリングの放射片の傾斜に対応して後方に折れた放射片支持部とを有するグリップリング支持具を;さらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のパイプカバー機能を有する配管カプラ。 - 前記カプラ本体の中空に備えられ、前記グリップリングと前記パッキン部材との間に位置して内部に前記パイプが挿入されるものの、一定の長さで前記パイプの外径に対応する内径を有し、前記パイプの挿入移動をガイドするパイプ挿入ガイド;をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のパイプカバー機能を有する配管カプラ。
