Claims (28)

前記複数の光検出要素は、前記アパーチャ層及び前記コリメータ層を通過した前記検出領域からの光を検出するように構成される、光センサシステム。 - 前記複数の表示要素が、複数の発光ダイオード(LED)又は有機発光ダイオード(OLED)を有し、前記複数のLED又はOLEDが、前記検出領域からの光の供給源である、請求項1に記載の光センサシステム。

- 生体認証オブジェクトのための検出領域を提供する入力面と、
前記入力面の下に配置され、光を放射して表示を提供するように構成された複数の表示要素であって、赤色光に対応すサブ画素と、緑色光に対応するサブ画素と、を含む複数の表示要素と、
前記複数の表示要素の下に配置され、前記検出領域から反射された前記複数の表示要素からの光を検出するように構成されたイメージセンサと、
前記複数の表示要素に、前記複数の表示要素を使用して前記生体認証オブジェクトを赤色光と緑色光とで交互に照明し、前記検出領域から反射された赤色光と緑色光の前記イメージセンサによる検出に基づいて、前記生体認証オブジェクトに対応するパルスを検出するように構成されたプロセッサと、を有する光センサシステム。 - 前記プロセッサは、更に、前記検出領域から反射された前記赤色光と前記緑色光の検出に基づいて、前記生体認証オブジェクトに対応する血液酸素測定の酸素処理レベル又は程度を決定するように構成された、請求項19に記載の光センサシステム。
- 生体認証オブジェクトのための検出領域を提供する入力面と、
前記入力面の下に配置され、光を放射して表示を提供するように構成された複数の表示要素と、
前記複数の表示要素の下に配置され、前記検出領域から反射された前記複数の表示要素からの光を回折するように構成されたアパーチャ層と、
前記アパーチャ層の下に配置されたイメージセンサと、を有し、
前記イメージセンサは、回折光の回折パターンを検出するように構成される、光センサシステム。 - 前記回折光の前記回折パターンを前記イメージセンサによる検出のために中心ピークに制限するように構成されたコリメータ層を更に有する、請求項21に記載の光センサシステム。
- 前記回折パターンのそれぞれを、前記イメージセンサによる検出のための中心ピークと1次最大値に制限するように構成されたコリメータ層を更に有し、
前記システムが、更に、前記イメージセンサによって検出された前記制限された回折パターンをデコンボリューションするように構成されたプロセッサを含む、請求項21に記載の光センサシステム。 - 表示装置のための光学生体認証センサを作成する方法において、
ディスプレイスタックを形成するステップであって、前記ディスプレイスタックが、生体認証オブジェクトの検出領域を提供する入力面及び光を放射して表示を提供するように構成された複数の表示要素を有するステップと、
生体認証オブジェクトセンサを形成するステップであって、前記生体認証オブジェクトセンサが、コリメータ層と複数の光検出要素とを有するステップと、
アパーチャ層を形成するステップと、
前記生体認証オブジェクトセンサを前記ディスプレイスタックに取り付けるステップと、を含む方法。 - 前記アパーチャ層が、ディスプレイスタックの一部として形成された、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記アパーチャ層が、前記生体認証オブジェクトセンサの一部として形成された、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 光学生体認証のセンサを使用して生体認証オブジェクトに関連する血管情報を検出する方法であって、
表示装置の複数の表示要素によって、前記表示装置のカバーレンズの上の生体認証オブジェクトを緑色光と赤色光で交互に照明するステップと、
前記表示装置の複数の光検出要素によって、照明中に前記カバーレンズの上の検出領域からそれぞれ反射された緑色光と赤色光を検出するステップであって、前記反射された緑色光と赤色光が、検出される前に前記表示装置のアパーチャ層とコリメータ層を通過するステップと、
前記表示装置のプロセッサによって、前記検出された緑色光と赤色光に基づいて前記生体認証オブジェクトに対応するパルスを検出するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記プロセッサによって、前記検出された緑色光と赤色光に基づいて前記生体認証オブジェクトに対応する血液酸素測定の酸素処理レベル又は程度を決定するステップを更に含む、請求項27の方法。
