Claims (6)
- 真空に曝される断熱対象面から突出する少なくとも2つの留め具と、
前記留め具を挟んで隣り合い、前記断熱対象面を覆う少なくとも2つの第1積層真空断熱シートと、
前記留め具の間で前記第1積層真空断熱シート間の境界に沿って延びて前記境界を覆う少なくとも1つの第2積層真空断熱シートと、
前記留め具を挟んで隣り合い、前記第1積層真空断熱シートおよび前記第2積層真空断熱シートを覆う少なくとも2つの第3積層真空断熱シートと、
前記留め具に固定されて、前記第1積層真空断熱シート、前記第2積層真空断熱シートおよび前記第3積層真空断熱シートを保持する押え板と、を備え、
互いに隣り合う前記第1積層真空断熱シートは、少なくとも前記留め具のそれぞれの近傍で、一対の第1面ファスナにより前記断熱対象面に接合されており、
前記第2積層真空断熱シートは、前記留め具の間で、一対の第2面ファスナにより互いに隣り合う前記第1積層真空断熱シートに接合されており、
互いに隣り合う前記第3積層真空断熱シートは、前記留め具の間で、一対の第3面ファスナにより前記第2積層真空断熱シートに接合されている、断熱構造。 - 前記一対の第1面ファスナのうち一方の第1面ファスナは、前記断熱対象面に接合されたベースプレートと重なり合う固定プレートにリベットによって取り付けられており、
前記留め具のそれぞれは、前記ベースプレートに設けられたねじ穴と螺合するねじ軸と、前記ねじ軸に隣接する非円形断面部を有し、
前記固定プレートには、前記非円形断面部と係合する非円形の回転防止穴が設けられている、請求項1に記載の断熱構造。 - 前記ベースプレートおよび前記固定プレートは円形状であり、
前記固定プレートに取り付けられた前記第1面ファスナは円形状である、請求項2に記載の断熱構造。 - 前記少なくとも1つの第2積層真空断熱シートが3つ以上の第2積層真空断熱シートを含み、
前記第2積層真空断熱シートは、前記留め具のそれぞれを挟んで隣り合っている、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の断熱構造。 - 前記留め具は、複数の留め具列を形成しており、
前記押え板は複数設けられており、前記複数の押え板のそれぞれは、隣り合う留め具列の留め具に係合する両端部を有する棒状部材である、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の断熱構造。 - 真空に曝される断熱対象面から突出する少なくとも1つの留め具と、
第1方向で前記留め具を挟んで隣り合い、前記断熱対象面を覆う少なくとも2つの第1積層真空断熱シートと、
前記第1方向と直交する第2方向で前記留め具を挟んで隣り合い、前記第1積層真空断熱シート間の境界に沿って延びて前記境界を覆う少なくとも2つの第2積層真空断熱シートと、
前記第1方向で前記留め具を挟んで隣り合い、前記第1積層真空断熱シートおよび前記第2積層真空断熱シートを覆う少なくとも2つの第3積層真空断熱シートと、
前記留め具に固定されて、前記第1積層真空断熱シート、前記第2積層真空断熱シートおよび前記第3積層真空断熱シートを保持する押え板と、を備え、
互いに隣り合う前記第1積層真空断熱シートは、少なくとも前記留め具の近傍で、一対の第1面ファスナにより前記断熱対象面に接合されており、
前記第2積層真空断熱シートは、一対の第2面ファスナにより互いに隣り合う前記第1積層真空断熱シートに接合されており、
互いに隣り合う前記第3積層真空断熱シートは、一対の第3面ファスナにより前記第2積層真空断熱シートに接合されている、断熱構造。
