Claims (8)
- 酸化物基準のモル百分率表示で、
SiO2を55%以上80%以下、
B2O3を12%以上27%以下、
R2O(Rは、Li、Na、およびKからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のアルカリ金属を示す。)を合計で4%以上20%以下、
R´O(R´は、Mg、Ca、Sr、およびBaからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種のアルカリ土類金属を示す。)を合計で0%以上5%以下、
ZnOを0%以上5%以下、
ZrO2を1.5%以上20%以下、
TiO2を0.0001%以上0.0006%以下
含有し、
Al 2 O 3 を実質的に含有せず、
厚さ0.5mmにおける分光透過率において、波長254nmの透過率が70%以上であることを特徴とする紫外線透過ガラス。 - R´Oを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- Fe2O3を0.00005%以上0.01%以下さらに含有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- Cr2O3、NiO、CuO、CeO2、V2O5、WO3、MoO3、MnO2、CoOのいずれも実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- Clを実質的に含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 紫外線照射試験において、下記式(1)で求められる、波長254nmの透過率の劣化度が5%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
劣化度(%)=[(T0−T1)/T0]×100・・・式(1)
(式(1)中、T0は、両面を光学研磨した厚さ0.5mmの前記紫外線透過ガラスの波長254nmにおける初期透過率であり、T1は、前記紫外線透過ガラスに波長254nmの紫外線を5mW/cm2の強度で100時間照射した後の、前記紫外線透過ガラスの波長254nmにおける透過率である。) - 厚さ0.5mmにおける分光透過率において、波長365nmの透過率が80%以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
- 0℃以上300℃以下の温度範囲の平均熱膨張係数が、30×10−7/℃以上90×10−7/℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の紫外線透過ガラス。
