Claims (5)
- 鉛直方向に落下する溶融金属流と衝突する高圧水を噴射し、該溶融金属流を分断して金属粉末とし、かつその金属粉末を冷却し、軟磁性鉄粉を製造する軟磁性鉄粉の製造方法であって、
前記溶融金属流の単位時間当たりの落下量がQm(kg/min)、前記高圧水の単位時間当たりの噴射量をQaq(kg/min)としたときに、前記溶融金属流の落下口である注入口径を1.5〜1.9mmとすることで、質量比(Qaq/Qm)が50以上とし、
前記高圧水の水温が20℃以下であり、
鉄系成分(Fe、Ni、Co)の合計含有量が76〜80at%で、かつ、非晶質化率90%以上である軟磁性鉄粉の製造方法。 - 前記高圧水の噴射圧が25〜60MPaであり、
前記鉄系成分の合計含有量が78at%以上である請求項1に記載の軟磁性鉄粉の製造方法。 - 鉛直方向に落下する溶融金属流と衝突する高圧水を噴射し、該溶融金属流を分断して金属粉末とし、かつその金属粉末を冷却し、軟磁性鉄粉を製造する軟磁性鉄粉の製造方法であって、
前記高圧水の水温が20℃以下であり、
前記溶融金属流の単位時間当たりの落下量をQm(kg/min)、前記高圧水の単位時間当たりの噴射量をQaq(kg/min)としたときに質量比(Qaq/Qm)を50以上とし、
質量比(Qaq/Qm)と軟磁性鉄粉の非晶質化率との相関関係に基づいて、非晶質化率90%以上になるように、前記溶融金属流の落下口である注入口径を1.2mm〜1.5mmとするとともに、溶融金属に0.05〜0.5MPaの圧力をかけて前記溶融金属流の流量を制御することで、質量比(Qaq/Qm)を調整する、鉄系成分(Fe、Ni、Co)の合計含有量が80at%超である軟磁性粉末の製造方法。 - 前記鉄系成分の合計含有量が85at%以下であり、
前記調整は、溶融金属流の落下口である注入口径を調整することに加え、前記高圧水の噴射圧を25〜60MPaに調整することで行う請求項3に記載の軟磁性粉末の製造方法。 - 前記鉄系成分の合計含有量が82.5at%以下である請求項4に記載の軟磁性鉄粉の製造方法。
