Abstract
【解決手段】母材に機能を付加する機能性添加材が偏析のない状態で含有された機能部材を製造する機能部材の製造方法において、前記母材又は当該母材を主成分とする材料に機能性添加材を添加した原料を溶融した溶融材料を液体冷媒の中に供給し、蒸気爆発により微粒化すると共に冷却固化する際に冷却速度を制御することにより均質な機能性微粒子を得る工程と、この機能性微粒子と前記母材の微粒子とを原料として用いて圧縮成形や焼結などで固化して機能部材を得る工程とを具備する。

Description
母材としてのSUS304(Fe74Cr18Ni8)とFe−Bとをホウ素が4重量%となるように溶融混合し(Fe77Cr13Ni6B4)、この溶融原料をノズルから、流量0.8kg/minで、水流(水温4℃、流量110L/min)中に滴下し、急冷・微粒化した。
Claims (5)
- 母材に機能を付加する機能性添加材が偏析のない状態で含有された機能部材を製造する機能部材の製造方法において、
前記母材又は当該母材を主成分とする材料に機能性添加材を添加した原料を溶融した溶融材料を液体冷媒の中に供給し、蒸気爆発により微粒化すると共に冷却固化する際に冷却速度を制御することにより均質な機能性微粒子を得る工程と、この機能性微粒子と前記母材の微粒子とを原料として用いて固化して機能部材を得る工程とを具備することを特徴とする機能部材の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の機能部材の製造方法において、前記機能性微粒子の平均粒径が、1〜100μmであることを特徴とする機能部材の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の機能部材の製造方法において、前記機能性微粒子は、偏析のない多結晶又は非晶質であることを特徴とする機能部材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の機能部材の製造方法において、前記母材と前記機能性添加材とは全率固溶しない材料であることを特徴とする機能部材の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4の何れかに記載の機能部材の製造方法において、前記母材が金属であり、前記機能性添加材が金属又は非金属であることを特徴とする機能部材の製造方法。
