Claims (3)
- 금속합금용탕을 비산화성분위기하에서 수분사되고 있는 미세 수액적 영역으로 공급하여, 상기 금속합금용탕이 미세분말로 분쇄 및 급냉응고되도록 함으로써 미세 비정질 금속분말을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 수분사의 조건이 분사량 200∼300 liter/분, 분사압력 300∼1,000㎏/㎝2및 분사각도 40∼70°인 것을 특징으로 하는 고압수분사법에 의한 비정질 금속분말의 제조방법.
