Abstract

용강을 이용한 철계 분말의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 의한 철계 분말의 제조방법은 제선공정 및 제강공정을 통해 제조된 철계 용강을 턴디쉬에 제공하는 단계, 및 상기 턴디쉬에 연결된 노즐을 통해 배출되는 상기 용강에 수분사하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명을 적용함으로써 제선공정에서 출선된 용선을 용선예비처리 과정없이 전로에 장입한 후 정련시킨 용강으로부터 철계 분말을 제조함으로써 경제적으로 고청정도의 철계 분말을 제공할 수 있다.
