Abstract

본 발명은 레이저와 플라즈마 중 하나 이상을 AHSS의 표면에 조사하여 AHSS 표면의 Si/Mn/Al계 산화물을 제거하거나, 표면을 개질하여, 아연도금과 같은 후처리 공정이 가능한 고강도강의 표면 처리 방법 및 표면 처리 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 달성하기 위하여, 고강도강을 가열하는 가열단계; 상기 가열단계에서 형성된 상기 고강도강의 표면에 형성된 Mn계 산화물, Al계 산화물 및 Si계 산화물 중 하나 이상을 제거하도록 강판 표면에 플라즈마를 조사하는 표면 처리 단계; 및 상기 표면 처리된 고강도강을 도금하는 도금 단계를 포함하는 도금 방법을 제공한다.
