Claims (3)
- 電源コネクタであって、
絶縁ハウジングと、
該絶縁ハウジングの上面に設けられ、かつ上下方向において前記絶縁ハウジングと共に位置決めされたロックアセンブリと、を備え、該ロックアセンブリが、
内部に開口部を画定するフレームであって、
前部ブラケットと、
該前部ブラケットと対向し、かつ前記開口部によって前記前ブラケットから離間した後部ブラケットであって、前記前部ブラケット及び後部ブラケットが、前後方向に位置決めされる、後部ブラケットと、
前記前後方向に延在し、かつ前記前部ブラケットと前記後部ブラケットとを接続する、第1の側部ブラケットと、
該第1の側部ブラケットと対向し、前記開口部によって前記第1の側部ブラケットから離間し、かつ前記前部ブラケットと前記後部ブラケットとを接続する、第2の側部ブラケットであって、前記第1の側部ブラケット及び第2の側部ブラケットが、左右方向に位置決めされ、前記開口部が、前記前部ブラケット、後部ブラケット、第1の側部ブラケット、及び第2の側部ブラケットによって形成される、第2の側部ブラケットと、を備える、フレームと、
該フレームの前部ブラケットと後部ブラケットとの間に位置決めされ、かつ前記上下方向において前記フレームの第1の側部ブラケットから前記絶縁ハウジングに延在し、かつ該絶縁ハウジングと接続する、第1の脚と、
前記フレームの前部ブラケットと後部ブラケットとの間に位置決めされ、かつ前記上下方向において前記フレームの第2の側部ブラケットから前記絶縁ハウジングに延在し、かつ該絶縁ハウジングと接続する、第2の脚と、
前記左右方向において前記フレームの後部ブラケットの第1の端部から外方に延在し、次いで前記前後方向において前記フレームの前部ブラケットに向かって延在し、次いで前記上下方向において前記絶縁ハウジングに延在し、かつ該絶縁ハウジングと接続する、第1の弾性アームと、
前記左右方向において前記フレームの後部ブラケットの第2の端部から外方に延在し、次いで前記前後方向において前記フレームの前部ブラケットに向かって延在し、次いで前記上下方向において前記絶縁ハウジングに延在し、かつ該絶縁ハウジングと接続する、第2の弾性アームと、を備え、
前記フレームの前部ブラケット、後部ブラケット、第1の側部ブラケット、及び第2の側部ブラケットが、薄肉円筒であり、そのサイズが、前記フレームの製造における金型注入の不均一な壁厚によるひけの変形を回避することができる、電源コネクタ。 - 前記絶縁ハウジングが、前記前後方向において外部電源コネクタの外部絶縁ハウジングと対応して組み立てられ、突出ブロックが、前記外部絶縁ハウジングの外面に設けられ、かつ前記絶縁ハウジングのロックアセンブリの開口部にラッチされる、請求項1に記載の電源コネクタ。
- 前記絶縁ハウジングが前記左右方向に位置決めされた2つの側壁を更に備え、前記上下方向に位置決めされた2つのラッチブロックが、前記2つの側壁の各々に設けられ、前記前後方向を延在するガイドリブが、前記2つの側壁の各々の2つのラッチブロックの間に設けられる、請求項1に記載の電源コネクタ。
