Claims (7)
- エンジンの燃料供給装置の上流側に配置されて、前記燃料供給装置の吸気通路に連なる第1の燃料貯留部と、
エアクリーナ内に溜まった燃料を前記吸気通路に吸い戻す吸戻し通路と、
前記エアクリーナのフィルタエレメントと前記第1の燃料貯留部との間に配置されて、前記吸気通路からの吹返しを抑制する吹返し抑制板と、を備え、
前記吸戻し通路が、前記エアクリーナ内の燃料滞留部と、前記第1の燃料貯留部に形成された吸戻し孔とを連通させており、
前記エアクリーナは、前記燃料供給装置に連結されるクリーナケースと、このクリーナケースおよび前記フィルタエレメントを覆うクリーナキャップとを有し、
前記吸戻し通路は、前記クリーナケースと、これに一体形成された一対の突壁と、前記一対の突壁の先端に当接する閉止部材とにより周囲が覆われ、
前記閉止部材が、前記クリーナケースに取り付けた前記吹返し抑制板により形成されている吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。 - 請求項1に記載の吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造において、前記第1の燃料貯留部の上流端に、前記吸気通路の入口に対向して前記吸気通路からの吹返しを防止する吹返し防止片が形成されている吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。
- 請求項1または2に記載の吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造において、前記吸戻し孔の開口面積が、前記吸気通路を流れる吸気による吸引作用が働くように、前記吸戻し通路の通路面積よりも十分小さく設定されている吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。
- エンジンの燃料供給装置の上流側に配置されて、前記燃料供給装置の吸気通路に連なる第1の燃料貯留部と、
エアクリーナ内に溜まった燃料を前記吸気通路に吸い戻す吸戻し通路と、
前記エアクリーナのフィルタエレメントと前記第1の燃料貯留部との間に配置されて、前記吸気通路からの吹返しを抑制する吹返し抑制板と、を備え、
前記吸戻し通路が、前記エアクリーナ内の燃料滞留部と、前記第1の燃料貯留部に形成された吸戻し孔とを連通させており、
前記吹返し抑制板は、前記吹返しを抑制する吹返し抑制部と吸気を通過させる吸気通過部とを有して前記吸気通路の入口を覆っており、前記クリーナケースに着脱自在に締結されている吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。 - エンジンの燃料供給装置の上流側に配置されて、前記燃料供給装置の吸気通路に連なる第1の燃料貯留部と、
エアクリーナ内に溜まった燃料を前記吸気通路に吸い戻す吸戻し通路と、
前記エアクリーナのフィルタエレメントと前記第1の燃料貯留部との間に配置されて、前記吸気通路からの吹返しを抑制する吹返し抑制板と、を備え、
前記吸戻し通路が、前記エアクリーナ内の燃料滞留部と、前記第1の燃料貯留部に形成された吸戻し孔とを連通させており、
前記クリーナケース内の下部で、前記吹返し抑制板との間に前記燃料滞留部が形成され、
前記燃料滞留部に、前記吸戻し通路の入口が配置されている吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。 - エンジンの燃料供給装置の上流側に配置されて、前記燃料供給装置の吸気通路に連なる第1の燃料貯留部と、
エアクリーナ内に溜まった燃料を前記吸気通路に吸い戻す吸戻し通路と、
前記エアクリーナのフィルタエレメントと前記第1の燃料貯留部との間に配置されて、前記吸気通路からの吹返しを抑制する吹返し抑制板と、を備え、
前記吸戻し通路が、前記エアクリーナ内の燃料滞留部と、前記第1の燃料貯留部に形成された吸戻し孔とを連通させており、
前記第1の燃料貯留部が、前記クリーナケースの吸気通路の入口から上流側に突出しており、
前記クリーナケースに、前記入口の周縁の一部分に沿って延びる第2の燃料貯留部が形成され、
第2の燃料貯留部が、前記第1の燃料貯留部における吸気流れ方向に沿った側縁に連なっている吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造において、前記燃料供給装置は気化器であり、この気化器が空気通路と混合気通路とを有し、
前記吸戻し孔が、前記混合気通路に連通している吹返し燃料の吸戻し構造。
