Description
Claims (12)
- 抵抗回路網(3)と、コンタクト素子(5,11)と、磁気素子とを備えた、タンク内の充填レベルを測定するための充填レベルセンサ(1)であって、
前記コンタクト素子(5,11)は、前記抵抗回路網(3)から離間されて配置されており、前記磁気素子は、前記抵抗回路網(3)および前記コンタクト素子(5,11)に対して移動可能であり、
前記コンタクト素子(5,11)は、前記磁気素子によって変位可能であるコンタクト領域(6,14)を有しており、
前記コンタクト領域(6,14)と前記抵抗回路網(3)との間で該コンタクト領域(6,14)の変位により、導電的接続が形成可能である、充填レベルセンサ(1)において、
前記コンタクト領域(6,14)が、前記磁気素子の磁力によって部分的に変位可能である円弧状に形成された平らな帯状要素であり、
前記コンタクト領域(6,14)は、相互に隣り合って配置されかつ相互に離間した少なくとも2つの区間(7,8,12,13)を有している
ことを特徴とする、充填レベルセンサ(1)。 - 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)は、相互に導電的に接続されている、請求項1記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)は、同じ電位で導電的に接続されている、請求項1または2記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)は、凹部および/または貫通孔部を含まない、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の相互に離間した前記区間(7,8,12,13)は、共通の磁石によって変位可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)と、前記抵抗回路網(3)の接触面(4)との間で導電的接触接続が形成可能である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)の各々に固有の抵抗回路網(3)が割り当てられており、1つの前記区間(7,8,12,13)と、割り当てられた前記抵抗回路網(3)との間で各区間(7,8,12,13)の変位により、導電的接触接続が形成可能である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)は、前記磁気素子の移動方向に沿った前記コンタクト領域(6,14)の分割によって形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト素子(5,11)は、複数の平らな帯状金属ストリップ(12,13)によって形成されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記コンタクト領域(6,14)および/またはコンタクト領域(6,14)の前記区間(7,8,12,13)は、円弧状区間の形状を有し、前記円弧状区間の軸方向の延在部は、前記円弧状区間の径方向の延在部および前記円弧状区間の周方向の延在部よりも実質的に短い、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記抵抗回路網(3)は、相互に隣り合って配置された複数の接触面(4)を有し、前記コンタクト領域(6,14)と第1の接触面(4)との間の導電的接触接続の形成は、前記タンク内の最大充填レベルを反映する信号を生成し、前記コンタクト領域(6,14)と第2の接触面(4)との間の導電的接触接続の形成は、前記タンク内の最小充填レベルを反映する信号を生成する、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
- 前記第1の接触面(4)は、前記抵抗回路網(3)の第1の端部領域に形成されており、前記第2の接触面(4)は、前記抵抗回路網(3)の第2の端部領域に形成されており、前記第1の端部領域および前記第2の端部領域は、前記抵抗回路網(3)の対向端部に配置されている、請求項11記載の充填レベルセンサ(1)。
